Our driver Stefano was nice, talkative and polite. Was there waiting for me even though my flight arrived early and cleared customs on time. Car was clean and comfortable.

Booked this transfer weeks in advance. Arrived to Marco Polo Airport and walked into the Arrivals hall at 1245. There was no one holding a sign with our name. I reached out to Viator and the tour company at 1257. I had to call multiple times before someone answered. Once I did they were able to see my reservation and said they will reach out to the driver. The rep then texted me the driver's phone number and said he's there holding a sign. I called the driver and first thing he said was you're mistaken then he asked if I had a reservation, he then paused and said hold on then hung up the phone. I tried again to call and he never picked up. It was 1330 by this time. We ended up having to take a taxi which did not take credit card so we used an ATM to get cash and of course had a fee attached. The taxi to Piazzale Rome by the way is 40€ flat rate, this transfer was over $100usd. Better off just getting a taxi so you don't waste your time.

Easy as it could be. Collected our luggage, walked thru the exit door and our driver was waiting for us. Quick drive to the drop off point which is the bus station in Venice. Would not hesitate to book again

Marco was waiting for us (for 2 pick ups) and made our trip into Venice smooth and easy. He was helpful with local information and was a safe, efficient driver. This is quicker and less expensive than boat transportation. We look forward to our last transit back to the airport.,
