8-dagars spektakulär migration Serengeti mitt i Region Tanzania Safari

My wife and I booked a 7 day safari visiting the 3 main national parks and Ngorogoro crater, visiting during the great migration. Our experience from start to finish was very stress free. Working with Naurey to book and organize our trip was a breeze, and they were very accommodating to add a hotel night when our flights were changed. We felt very prepared with all the information we were provided before the Safari. Value for money was excellent. We never went hungry, and were met with welcoming service everywhere we went. In particular, our stay at the Nyota luxury camp was our favorite by far. The accommodation was great, the staff was very friendly, and the location could not be better. We were visited by elephants, giraffe, and lion (under the cover of night). Our Guide Rama provided us a great experience. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, and ensured that we were able to see the all the different animals that Tanzania had to offer. He also expertly navigated some tough terrain and we were impressed with just how well the vehicle held up as well. Although quiet, it was still an excellent experience. Pro tip: join him in making animal noises and you are sure to have a laugh. Because of a flight change, we got to Arusha with a full day before the safari began. We mentioned this to our driver from the airport, Simon, and mentioned we wanted to buy some tanzanite. He was quick to then offer a private tour of Arusha for a very reasonable price. The tour was amazing, stopping at the central market, Shanga, and the cultural heritage building. Simon was a joy to talk to, and has many experiences and a wealth of knowledge that he is eager to share. Both employees and locals spoke very highly of Lion King, which was very nice to hear considering there are so many options. We would definitely recommend Lion King to family and friends considering a safari. The only changes we would make were due to no fault of Lion King. We underestimated just how much driving needed to be done each day and how tiring that would be. In booking, consider this when looking at the itinerary. Considering many of the same animals are found at different parks, we may have had a similar and more relaxing time spending more time at less parks.

He was always happy to answer our questions. His passion and dedication made the entire trip smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. We booked Lion King’s tour itinerary! They provide complimentary bottled water and soft drinks on the car every day, which is a really nice touch. Camps were comfortable, clean, and the staff were all very friendly.

Gilbert and Yousef were the absolute best tour guides. There are often 10-20 other safari trucks out and you will end up in the best view compared to anyone. If you book anyone else have fun taking the L. Best trip of a life time, my brother proposed here as well and it was beautiful. I would easily do this tour again. These guys have been doing it for >10 years and deserve a raise

An outstanding and forever memorable experience. You won’t regret it!

We just completed an outstanding 8 day safari, plus a day hiking on Mt. Kilimanjaro, and 3 days in Zanzibar with Lion King Adventures. Their office staff was responsive and organized and helped us organize a safari to meet our needs and interests. Our wildlife guide, Goodluck, was superb. He facilited incredible views of the wildebeest migration in the Western Serengeti, as well as multiple close viewings of lions, elephants, leopards, giraffes, and multiple other animals. He has an excellent knowledge of the natural world and Masai culture and is a gifted story teller. Accommodations and food were excellent. Our hike on Mt. Kilimanjaro with our guide Saladin and is assistant, Woofgang, was delightful. We greatly enjoyed 3 days in Zanzibar, including a day in Stone Town and a highly informative walking tour of the area with our guide Said, followed by 2 relaxing days at the beach. I would highly recommend Lion King adventures, Goodluck, and Saladin for your Tanzanian safari!

In June 2026, we took an 8-day safari with Lion King Adventures, covering Tarangire, the Central and Western Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. From the first steps of planning with Maria Letara, we felt well taken care of. Everything was well organized by Maria and smoothly handled on the ground by Naurey, which made it easy for us to just enjoy the trip. Our driver-guide, Joseph, made a real difference. He was knowledgeable about the wildlife and the region, and traveling with him in his reliable 4x4, Nala, felt safe and comfortable. Joseph’s explanations and stories added a lot of value to our drives and helped us appreciate what we were seeing. Yes, we saw Big-5 ! Our accommodations throughout the trip were good, with Nyota Luxury Camp and Serengeti Sametu Camp being especially memorable for their comfort, attentive service, and beautiful locations. All in all, we had a great experience with Lion King Adventures. Their team's care and attention made this safari smooth, enjoyable, and full of lasting memories. We’d gladly recommend them to anyone interested in a memorable safari.

We did a seven day trip that was wonderful. The guide was good luck and he was very helpful. The entire experience was excellent lion King Safari tookcare of everything. They set up all the camps and hotels and even got our flight to Zanzibar set up. we saw every animal we would see the food was excellent. The accommodations were luxury we did. A flight into Nairobi and a few days in Masai Mara with a guide named Bonnie, who was excellent then we transferred over the border to Tanzania and had our new guide named Goodluck from there. We went to the Serengeti and stayed in several different places after that we went to Ngorongo crater and Lake Manyara. We did a balloon ride and loved everything.

My wife and I had an incredible safari experience with Lion King Adventures in the Serengeti, Tanzania. From start to finish, the entire trip was smooth, flawless, and very well managed. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife. He made our stay very comfortable and memorable, and always made sure we had as much time as we wanted for photography, wildlife gazing, and simply enjoying the beauty of the Serengeti. We highly recommend Geofrey as a safari guide. His knowledge, kindness, and dedication made our safari even more special. My wife and I can honestly say this was the best trip we have ever taken. Lion King adventures came highly recommended, and our guide Gilbert gave us the safari of a lifetime! We spent 8 busy days, and he was constantly finding us new & exciting animals, moving us where the action was, and just making sure we had a great time. As you can see from the photos, he was amazing at finding everything from the tiniest birds to the biggest elephants. He was a wealth of knowledge about all the species and our destinations, and he was always willing to tell us more about what Tanzania is like outside the parks.
