Besök det största buddhistiska templet i Latinamerika installerat i ett område mitt i grönska och omgivet av vackra trädgårdar med blommor, samt bevarade rester av Atlantskogen med en liten bro i japansk stil. Den typiska arkitekturen för ett orientaliskt tempel är ett separat kapitel som får oss att känna oss som om vi var i Asien. Dessutom finns det skulpturer utspridda överallt, ett museum, butik och en vegetarisk restaurang.
Efter ditt besök i Zu Lai-templet, besök den närliggande charmiga staden Embu das Artes. Det är en av de inspirerande städer i inlandet som resenärer ofta besöker när de vill se ett annat scenario som flyr från storstadens rusning. Den är mest känd för sin hantverksmässa, som äger rum i stadens historiska centrum, mässan har mer än 700 utställare av olika typer av hantverk som keramik, målningar, skulpturer, handgjorda livsmedel och till och med kläder och smycken. Det finns vackra föremål snidade i trä och rustika möbler. Det är uppställt på huvudtorget och utstrålar gator med massor av mysiga kaféer och en myriad av matställen där du kan äta lunch och smaka på läckra brasilianska typiska rätter och desserter. Marinelio was my wonderful guide on this easygoing 6 hour tour.Attentive, very informative and engaging, we toured the tranquil and beautiful Buddhist Temple and grounds and enjoyed the exciting creations of local artisans at Embu das Artes, for which there were no admission fees. Marinelio joyfully shared his knowledge of São Paulo and the surrounding areas as we travelled. It was a perfect day.

The place is magical, you feel the energy, peace and tranquility that emits the place, the landscape is beautiful, I am delighted😍 The temple has a cafeteria with variety of cafes and etc. There is also a shop selling Buddhas, incense and other things related to the Buddhist temple. I did this tour alone and I loved knowing Embu das Artes, a beautiful little village worth touring and buying its crafts and paintings of excellent quality. My guide Fabio was super attentive and guided me throughout the tour where to shop, eat and what places might interest me according to my tastes. In the Zu Lai Temple the tour was very beautiful and the place lends itself to be more time and spend the afternoon in relaxation. I wanted to come back in the future with my family and friends, it is a beautiful tour and definitely worth it if you have an extra day in Sao Paulo! 100% Recommended!!
