Ilan was a fantastic tour guide ! His English is fluent and he took us all Around São Paulo- showing us the major sites as well as off the beaten path jewels like Beco do Batman. He has tremendous insight and shared his experience with us- we highly recommend him !!!
I booked the private 5-hour tour during my Aug 2026 trip to São Paulo. My guide, Neto, picked me up directly from my hotel. He served as both guide and driver, and his VW was a comfortable, nimble car that was perfectly suited for navigating the city's busy streets. Neto was an absolutely fantastic guide—professional, highly knowledgeable, and very personable throughout the entire morning. São Paulo is a massive city, but this tour provided an incredibly well-rounded overview for a first-time visitor (covering as much ground as humanly possible in one morning!). We saw a huge variety of sights, including: - The Historical Center, Cathedral, and Opera House - Multiple neighborhoods including Jardins, the Japanese and Jewish neighborhoods, and Paulista, including Paulista Avenue - The Municipal Market - Ibirapuera Park - A fantastic panoramic view of the city from the MAC museum rooftop - Batman Alley The itinerary offered a great balance of driving to reach all these varied sights and stopping to get out and explore on foot. It’s a flexible experience, and I'm sure you could easily choose to walk more or less depending on your own preferences. After a great five hours, Neto dropped me right back off at my hotel. I highly recommend this tour and Neto to anyone visiting São Paulo! I booked the tour directly through the Personal Tours SP website by filling out their inquiry form. From the very beginning, the company was incredibly communicative via email and WhatsApp, making it very easy to plan and arrange all the details.

We had a great tour with Neto! We originally booked for 4 people but had 2 extra join us and were able to arrange all with the tour company very easily. They brought a nice van for us. We love the food market - could have stayed there all day.

We had specifically requested Neto as our guide, and had a really great time.
