I had been looking forward to my trip to Egypt for a long time, and this cruise made it even more thrilling, exciting, and enjoyable. And it was all because of our excellent guide, Mr. Mohammed Gobran. The warm hospitality he showed us, the deep knowledgeable guide, and the organized information. All things considered, I couldn't have asked for anything better. I hope to return to Egypt in the future and travel with Mohammed again. It was a fantastic cruise experience! Thank you!!
the representative Mostafa Abdo disappeared a week before our 4-day Nile cruise, no answer to my calls and emails, no other way to contact them, we were 18 and asking for a reservation for an additional family of 3, no answer, Viator we had gone through to book indicated that the cruise was no longer bookable, no notification of cancellation from Viator or the operator, we had to cancel and book with another operator, a lot of stress for us. Not brilliant; fortunately Viator paid back quickly.
The booking was easy, the nilecruise very nice. Thank you for the nice journey! Everything was perfect.
