Amazing experience. Tough on day one and two, but Romario our guide was ace and let us do it at our own pace and was very knowledgeable along the whole tour and made sure we had fun along the way also. Also the food was excellent and credit to our chefs Jose and Felix!!!

This was such an amazing and unforgettable experience. I’ve never done anything like this before but i’m so glad I decided to. All of the staff including our guides Cesar & Noe were very kind, patient, & genuine which elevated our experience even more. Booking through TreXperience allowed us to fully immerse ourselves into the moment and not have to worry about the logistics like food or sleeping accommodations because all of that was taken care of. During this trip I saw the most breathtaking views and having completed the trek, I feel accomplished and proud of myself. I met amazing people from many different parts of the world which was another highlight from this experience. I will forever cherish this trek and the memories I’ve made. I made the 5 days/4 nights Salkantay trek with my family. It was a fairly tough trekk in wonderful weather. The altitude definitely played a role even if we are very fit and used to walking a lot. The altitude medicine we brought with us was helpful. The scenery is stunning from the Salkantay mountain, humants lake, rivers and the jungle. Food was plentiful and OK but the extra snacks, energy bars and gels saved not only us but even some of our co-trekers. The glamping sites were spartan as can be expected in the remote mountains. We used walking poles which is absolutely recommended especially on the steep downhills. Our guide, Caesar, spoke English but not without confusions. He explained well the history of the Inka people but not so much about flora and fauna. Reaching Machu Picchu was the highlight of the trek. Make sure to book, route 2, well in advance so that you get to see the entire site and not only take a picture of it from distance. A big thanks to the entire group we made the walk together with. It is not often everyone in a group of strangers are so nice and friendly. / Magnus and family from Sweden

Trek Experience made everything so easy with premium door to door service, literally! They kindly answered all our questions in a timely manner with so much care. Our guide Sebastian (Oscar) was one of a kind, truly I would ask for him by name. He was funny and made all the stories come to life using his own experience as an Incan himself. The whole experience exceeded our expectations! The tour, the landscapes, and the quality of the service were excellent. The porters, led by Benito, made us enjoy every break with great kindness, and Chef Felix and his assistant made us feel all the traditional flavors of Peru. Our guide Sebastian Quispe made this experience wonderful, knowing the history and nature at every step we took and motivating us with his enormous energy to achieve the challenge of traveling the Inca Trail in the best way. Loved this experience so much! Huge shoutout to Jose for being so wonderful as a guide. The food was excellent too and having seen many of the other camps along the way I can say confidently that Trexperience has the absolute best location for the salkantay pass camp!! We added the Huayna Picchu hike which I definitely recommend too. Difficult but beautiful view from the top!

Usually I don't write reviews but what a trip this was and what a nice group and team which made my time unforgettable! Thank you TreXperience for this amazing trip and this amazing staff, they make sure your hike will be smoothly and taken care of. The whole team was truly amazing, the porter Luis was so caring, Portfidio and Vasilio made sure the food(restaurant quality) was fantastic and our guide Sebastian was knowledgeable, fun and made sure that from beginning to end we enjoyed our trip. Even with a small group of 4 people the staff made sure everything was taken care off and still did their best to make sure the atmosphere was truly amazing to have a small family for the period. I booked the 4 day 3nights Salkantay trip with an extra free day to get a Machu Picchu ticket and I would highly recommend it if you want a nice hike, a rest day and end with Machu Picchu as an highlight of the trip. This trip is best for people who want to hike, learn something, have everything sorted and make sure they have the best tour team of peru! Thank you and hopefully till another trek when I come back!

We had a wondeful trip with Fernando and Eric from June 28th to July 1st. We were with our 4 teenagers. The whole family enjoyed it. The guides energy and knowledge ut us in confidence. The food was just amazing. The organization was perfect.
