We were due to fly to Milford Sound, but the weather turned. Stephen from Air Milford was brilliant. Communicated beautifully and gave us our options. We ended up doing a scenic flight over Queenstown which was outstanding, with pilot Tom, in a small six seater. Tom was a phenomenal tour guide and a great pilot. I highly recommend everything about this organisation. Professional, safe, well priced. All in all you can tell that they have a brilliant culture.
Flight was only cancelled due to low attendance. Then I got an upgrade for another flight. Just great. Communication great, transfers on time. All around great 👍.

Really great way to see the town and surrounds, and the people at Air Milford are just lovely. We did this on the last day of a short stay having also flown to Milford Sound and Mt Cook on other excursions, and honestly it was the nicest scenic flight as you got a really good perspective of the town and lake and relationship to the surroundings.

The plane immaculate. Antony is cautious, puts safety first and the views are beyond words! Don’t miss this option. Plane is small we r tall and not easy but doable.

We had a flight around the Queenstown Lakes basin, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Special thanks to the professional staff and pilot. They helped us understand the Lakes area and gave us a safe and memorable flight. Highly recommend.

This tour was suggested when our original tour couldn’t happen because of the weather. We very much appreciated the suggestion so as not to be completely disappointed! We really enjoyed our flight and the conversations with both Sarah and Antony. We would definitely recommend this great company!

It was an excellent experience, they picked me up at the hotel and took me to the airport. Emma Penney was the pilot, and she did an excellent job, the flight was smooth and the commentary was very informative. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to have an overview of the Queenstown area.

Despite the change in plans due to weather, the scenic plane ride around Queenstown, New Zealand, turned out to be a delightful surprise. The breathtaking views of New Zealand's landscapes, paired with the skilled pilot's commentary, made it a memorable adventure.
