Very information but long tour. Plan for a full day so there is time to see more of the museums. Go early lines were long even with the skip the like passes.
It was expensive it started late.they made it sound much better than it was.I wouldn’t do it again.sorry to say.
expensive ? why did you bought than you could stand in the line and save your money and we start our introduction always 10 minutes before no way the entrance could be delayed as you saying sorry to say you are laying
Today was one of the best moments of my life, an excellent experience and with a Guide Don Carmelo A teacher of history and philosophy and with a gift of people and an education to give everything, he explains with wisdom, culture and humor, I recommend it a million times, I will return with a great group next year, we are so grateful for your delicate and distinguished treatment.

OVERPRICED !!! Sistine chapel is NEVER without crowd. Many people enter Vatican museums at the opening time, just before people who is waiting for the tickets. The time of tour allows just quickly to go through the collections, spent 15 min in Chapel and then to enter basilica. If you decide to stay in museums after tour - your entrance to Basilica from Chapel will be denied.
we did what we promised if you choose busy season to visit rome thats not our fault also sistine chapel is a 40 meters room as this chapel visited by average 30000 visitors each day how long you really expect to be there ? and without tour also not possible to stay more so please dont make others confused by telling whatever
Always book excursions or transport with Viator. They didn’t disappoint, as usual, tour was great and exactly what I purchased.

The actual tour guide did a fine job but it was so busy you couldn’t even stop to admire anything or spend any time looking at anything. It was like shuffling cattle through the corals. It’s something to see but I certainly wouldn’t recommend going here. You can see it all online and actually spend time looking at it. We also didn’t get into the Basillica with this tour, which we were not clear about. And the tour operator (not the tour guide) was a little hostile to some of the other guests.
who told you that you would go to the basilica with this tour? read the description well and buy you things and expect thing as you paid dont look for gold when paid for rock
Our tour guide was exceptional. His knowledge of the art, statues and tapestries was phenomenal. He paced the tour well with a running explanation of all of the highlights. The only negatives of the tour was the difficulty in finding the voucher redemption point, but that was overcome fairly easily. The other negative, not the fault of the tour company, was the sheer number of people. It was crowded throughout the tour. The most disappointing was the total lack of respect shown by the crowd inside the Sistine Chapel. Even after being instructed that talking was not allowed, it sounded like a heard of honking geese. Very annoying and disrespectful to those that just wanted to bask and meditate in silence.

It took to long we didn't get to the vatican to much walking for seniors also they canceled 9:30 tour at 8:20am we were on our way because we weren't sure where to go so we sat an hour and a half waiting the man told us first that we were late we certainly weren't
hello you came at 9.25 am instead of 9.15 is not that you arrived late ? you can not just look at the other group and say can i join it your group was departed and seniors can not walk than why you bought a walking tour for them ?
I would not use Viator again. From a rude check in agent to long lines hardly a skip the line tour. Guide kept the group outdoors in the heat and sun too long.
we do everything in our Office where did you found sun there? lying about lines because it is a complete skip the line tour
it was horrible with this company, they split up the family, TERRIBLE tour guide she would not answer any questions from anyone in the group, very rude woman our tour guide
we dont believe you were part of our group as you are saying we split up your family which is not true in any sense with our groups
