O passeio pelos museus do Vaticano é uma jornada pelo país das maravilhas. Começaremos a visita contemplando seus jardins, o pátio de abacaxi e a imensa coleção de obras-primas da escultura antiga, como Laocoon. Em seguida, percorreremos a Galeria de Candelabros, os Mapas, Tapeçarias e - quando o fluxo de visitantes permitir - as Estadias Raffaello.

Everything was beautiful. However, a lot of walking through a lot of people. To arrive at the Sistine Chapel it is at least 2 hours visit to the museum for 15 to 20 minutes in the Chapel.
The museum and the chapel are worth a visit, but not with any guide, in our case we went with Roberta and the truth that it was a terrible experience explained the works and paintings very quickly as if he was in a hurry to march in addition to repeating many sentences continuously. We wouldn’t repeat if we knew we had to go with this Guide.

Extraordinary the guide, super trained, carried with excellent pace the group, knew a lot. Despite having seen so much, it seemed little because it made him super enjoyable. We got tickets to the Sistine chapel and Vatican museums the previous day, the meeting point was met, Francesca was our very friendly and educated guide, she explained very well and in detail, she answered inquiries and you could see that she knew a lot and enjoyed the visit home once she does, fully recommended

The tour guide and tour was 10/10. He touched me with a Colombian who knows and is passionate about the subject and giving details of everything you are seeing. Unfortunately on the tour there was a couple with cart and a child who obviously does not know how to behave so if your child does not know how to behave in places of silence and serious my recommendation is that you do not go to not ruin the experience of others.

Last Saturday we had a terrible experience with the agency on Rome.com for the visit of the Vatican museums and the Cena chapel. We had booked with them a month ago This visit charges us for the same 80 € per person. I have to say that from one day to the next they changed the price and justified saying that it varied according to the demand, since a day earlier it appeared 76 €. But not only that happened, we could not make the visit with them, after having paid 320 € because we were four adults. We had a problem and we were 10 minutes late, we weren't called when they had it. We proposed to join them in the Vatican museums. They told us it wasn't possible. Once inside the museums we called again to be told which room the guide was in and told that he had no phone. They don't even believe this. Therefore warning. Don't hire a tour with this agency. Awful experience. We have requested a refund of the money and propose through the consumer agency or a lawyer to take action

Cuando nos llamaste, 20 minutos después del horario de inicio del tour nuestra asistencia te indicó que por desgracia no podíamos hacer nada. Tanto en el correo de confirmación como en el voucher y el email recordatorio, insistimos mucho, mucho, que la puntualidad es imprescindible. Por respeto a todos los participantes y para no perder el turno de entrada reservada, tras unos minutos de tolerancia, el guía tiene que iniciar el tour. Como pudiste comprobar, siempre estuvimos disponibles a darte nuestra asistencia a pesar de que, durante su trabajo, los guías no puedan responder al teléfono. Hacemos todo lo posible para ofrecer nuestro servicio y que disfrutéis, por eso lamento que no hayáis llegado a tiempo y lo consideres una responsabilidad nuestra que somos, precisamente, quien había preparado todo y puesto todos los instrumentos para que pudierais hacer vuestra visita.
This was my third visit to the museum and chapel. I’m really happy I went because there were many changes from 20 years ago. We saw a lot of interesting and historical artwork. The guide left a little to be desired. She rushed us from the meeting spot to a location to print our tickets. Why she didn’t have them beforehand is beyond me. She was late to the meeting point, so we got a later start. Her headset was very “crackly”, so at times we missed information she was giving. Spanish is not her first language, so there were mistaken words at times. It didn’t really deflect from the tour though. I would do the tour again, but would hope for a different guide.
