A very comprehensive explanation of Krakow and its history during WWII, but not a lot on Oskar Schindler until the very end. The tour is conducted on the site of the Schindler factory and our guide was excellent with huge knowledge of the period. The museum though is quite small and was too crowded with both independent travellers and our group which, in my opinion, was far too big for the museum, given that it is small and others are visiting it also. There was a massive amount of information and pictures on display and it was impossible to take it all in, given the pace of the tour and the space it was conducted in. I came out a bit disappointed in regards to Oskar Schindler and his efforts during WWII, but certainly more knowledgeable about the Krakow's history during this period of time.
Thank you for your feedback! We are glad you appreciated our guide's extensive knowledge. We apologize for the crowd discomfort and the fast pace; the museum’s narrow spaces can get very busy. As you noted, the exhibition focuses primarily on Kraków's wartime history rather than just Schindler himself. We will work on group management to enhance comfort. kind regards, PolandTours Team
The museum was more about WW2 rather than Schindler. But it was still nice experience. The organiser of the tour was fine. But the tour guide was not nice, she was actually from the museum, she looked like she didn’t want to be there, she looked very annoyed for the whole 1.5 hour and she was also quite rude to other tourists who are not from our tour.
Thank you for your review. We are glad you found the experience nice, but we sincerely apologize for the guide's behavior. While museum-employed guides conduct these tours, we expect them to remain professional and polite. We will report this incident to the museum management immediately to ensure better service quality. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. kind regards, PolandTours Team
