Itinerário
Seu passeio começa com transporte de Cracóvia para a cidade de Wieliczka, onde há uma mina de sal. Recolha de ônibus de um local predeterminado (hotel ou outro lugar que você escolher) em uma data e hora especificadas. O transporte leva cerca de 30 minutos.
Como parte da visita, você receberá um ingresso individual para a mina de sal e um guia profissional falando o seu idioma. O guia está disponível em um dos idiomas selecionados: inglês, alemão, francês, espanhol, italiano, russo. A visita à Mina de Sal acontece em grupos de até 30 pessoas. Você também receberá um conjunto de fones de ouvido durante o passeio. A mina tem 9 níveis, subterrâneos. Durante o passeio, você aprenderá sobre a história da mineração de sal em determinados períodos históricos. Com um guia, você visitará um labirinto de corredores e um complexo de câmaras temáticas onde existem inúmeras esculturas, capelas esculpidas na rocha e um lago subterrâneo. Sinta o microclima único da mina, ideal para pessoas que sofrem de asma e alergias, e sinta os benefícios para a sua saúde. Depois de concluir o passeio, você retornará com um elevador até o solo. Após o passeio, você retornará ao estacionamento onde seu motorista estará esperando por você.
Quando você terminar de explorar a Mina de Sal e voltar para o carro. O motorista irá levá-lo a um local predeterminado em Cracóvia para o seu hotel ou para a Cidade Velha, praça principal (de acordo com sua decisão).

Our driver, Jakub, was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the area and the salt mine. He helped us through the queue and made regular contact with us at all times. Jakub made us feel important and made sure we know that our time was ours to spend as we wished. We never felt rushed in any way We would recommend cracowTop Tours and Jakub is a credit to your organisation. Many thanks for your help and support. We are planning a revisit to Krakow next year and will definitely be using Cracow Top Tours again.

Our driver, Caspar, arrived on time and was most accommodating. I truly appreciated having everything prearranged and not having to wait in line and purchase tickets myself. The guide was knowledgeable and answered our questions. Caspar even dropped us at the castle on the return so we could continue out touring.
Excellent trip today with Cracow Tours. To Wieliczka Salt Mines. Our driver Casperro spoke very good English he kept us updated on pick up times from the hotel, gave us information on route about the itinerary and what to expect from the day. He also gave us advice on places to eat in Krakow as first time visitors. We then met our guide at the Salt Mines (Victor) he was very knowledgeable and quite funny at times, although I dont think everybody understood his jokes all the time. There are a lot of steps to negotiate in this tour but they are all down hill with a lift back to the surface. It looks like an traditional lift similar to ones used by the miners. It is very cramped but the lift only takes approx 1 minute to the surface. The only minor issue that we had was our intercom and earpiece which wasn't very clear when trying to listen to Victor's commentary, possibly partly to being underground or maybe being a little to far away from him when walking through the tunnels. This is not any fault of Cracow Tours though. I would highly recommend using them for Tours. The tour took approximately 2 hours underground it might take longer in busy times, we had about 40 mins to food and drinks afterwards before our return journey. Thank you Casperro.

Tour guide was amazing, it certainly was a lot of walking but very beautiful, and worth the visit. I would highly recommend going, booking was easy with hotel pick up and drop off. So everything was taken care of, all we had to do was be ready. Our driver was amazing too.
Picked up at arranged time by Jacob extremely polite and helpful. Gave clear instructions for when we finished tour. on return he was waiting. then asked where we would like to be dropped off. Highly recommended 👌

Great experience! Super easy, driver picked us up right on time from our hotel and we took the very short drive to the mines. The tour was absolutely fantastic. The only minor “frustration” is that the lift back to the surface at the end takes about 15 minutes of waiting in line. Other than that though - Breathtaking tour!
