(somente no verão).

It was an amazing tour of the South Shore of Iceland. Our tour guide, Bryan (?) originally from Portugal is wonderful. He managed the time carefully and squeezed in an extra sight seeing spot ... Puffins!! He was patient, friendly, welcoming and shared great stories. Thank you. Many walked behind one of the waterfalls. We walked super close before one would get doused completely! We did walk right up to the next waterfall, which was spectacular as it was like a curtain right behind me! There were 2 rainbows off to the side. However, I had to carefully navigate my way around a 1-way rock-path to get there. Well worth it! Black sand, pristine, super soft beach. Definitely see and feel the super soft sand. Be wary of the high winds, waves and undertow. Puffins flying around near the Basalt columns. Close by is another location of puffin viewing, near the lighthouse. It isn't always accessible, apparently only a couple of months a year, as it is a nature reserve. If it is open, absolutely go see the Puffins up close, literally 3 metres away from you, just sitting on the cliff side, enjoying the wind whipping around them. Love seeing fauna in their natural habitat!
We really enjoyed our South Coast day tour; so many great experiences and memories. Our guide Edgar was fantastic and kept us entertained and informed. The tour allows you to choose whether you want more/less strenuous hikes and wetter/drier paths around waterfalls. Highly recommended!!
Hi there, thank you for the kind review. Glad the South Coast day worked out so well, and that the flexibility on the hikes and paths let you shape the day your way. Arctic Adventures Team
Edgar was awesome! Fun and informative. Great overall experience.
Hi Justin, thank you for taking the time to share this. Glad the South Coast day was such a good one. Hope Iceland pulls you back one day. Arctic Adventures Team
I took a tour of the south coast of Iceland and it was an incredible experience! The roadmap is very well planned, with impressive landscapes at each stop. Everything happened in an organized way and on schedule. A special thanks to our guide, Slavi, who was excellent from start to finish. In addition to being extremely punctual, he made the tour very fun with his good mood and shared several interesting information about Iceland along the way. I recommend this tour without a doubt. An unforgettable experience!
Hi Marcelo, this is genuinely nice to read. Glad the South Coast day was such a great one and the guide kept things running well. We'd be delighted to host you again. Arctic Adventures Team
Long but amazing day and you need waterproof clothes and shoes. Peter, our tour guide, was fantastic! Timing at every site was perfect and even wifi on the bus. Don’t miss this adventure.
Gunn was our guide and she is phenomenal. Her knowledge about Iceland is encyclopedic and she shared a wonderful wealth of stories and insights throughout our trip. She was delightfully relaxed and comfortable and provided just the right amount of gentle management and guidance on activities and timing. A big thumbs up from this group. We would be delighted to have Gunn again as a guide and we already have another Arctic Adventures booked. Thank you for a wonderful experience. 🙂🙂
Hi Peter, thanks for taking the time to share this. Glad the South Coast day worked so well for the group, and that the guide brought real depth to it. Looking forward to hosting you on your next tour! Arctic Adventures Team
The weather was quite bad, but still our driver/guide (Andrew) managed quite well to change a bit the itinerary, so we could see most of this wonderful scenery. Pouring rain and wind all over black sand beach, but it was the only hiccup. Thanks to our driver, we could see the glacier and the waterfalls. Also he gave us a lot of explanations about geology, volcanoes etc
Hi there, much appreciated! Glad the day worked out despite the weather, and that the guide adapted the itinerary to keep the highlights in reach. Looking forward to the next one! Arctic Adventures Team
Magnus was a terrific guide and the trip was so much fun! Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was Iga, she was really kind and helpfully for everything you need, the best tour girls i have ever met, Everything was exceptional and she makes you feel on a real confident atmosphere.
Hi there, thank you for your kind words! Feeling looked after and at ease on a full-day tour is what turns a good trip into the best one. Glad it all came together for you. Arctic Adventures Team
The email message that I received said the meeting time was 8:00 am on July 3, 2026. We went to the meeting location prior to that time. It was raining and cold. The small bus did not come until a few minutes before 9:00 am while our meeting station was the first stop to pick up the travelers. We were wondering if the meeting time can be improved to reflect the real meeting time for the future customers? Waiting on a normal day is one thing, and waiting for almost one hour in a cold and raining day for a hour is unacceptable.
