I've used DePalm Tours for 3 years now and cannot say enough good things about them!! We use them for our airport/hotel transfer and they're always great, cost effective and reliable. The buses are super comfortable and air conditioned. This year we wanted to explore the island a little so we booked the North Coast Safari and Snorkeling tour. It was me, my husband and 6 year daughter on the tour. We had such a great time and learned so much. Our tour guide Wille, was the ABSOLUTE best!! First off his knowledge on the island was great. He's a local and was able to tell us so much interesting information about the island, most of which I had no idea about was in awe. Secondly, he was beyond personable and made us laugh countless times. We were constantly learning and seeing beautiful things and laughing. It was seriously the best time!! I love taking pictures and he would just show us the best places to take pictures at the locations we were in. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend DePalm tours for not only airport/hotel transport but for tours. Willie you are the man!!! Thank you for making our last day on the island a memorable one!!
What a great no hassle transfer experience via bus transport to and from our hotel; well worth the price. The driver was kind and courteous and very helpful with storing our luggage in the luggage hold.

Transportation bus was very clean and properly air conditioned. There was no wait upon exiting the airport terminal and arrival to the resort was quick and easy.
The Driver, Raymond, was so knowledgeable and funny! Someone left their phone on the bus and he turned right around to go back to the previous hotel and return it so that person had their phone for their trip. Very nice and very safe driver!

They were waiting and we loaded quickly!! We ride solo and the ride was smooth. I’d definitely recommend :)
When we arrived, we were immediately met by our driver. He got us into a van withing 2 minutes and we were off and to our hotel within 15 minutes. We have tried the free hotel service before. While nothing wrong with it, we had to make 4 or 5 stops before and it took over an hour to get to the hotel. This meant almost no beach time on the 1st day (arrive around 3 pm), whereas with viator we were on the beach in 45 minutes after arriving. It was worth the money.
