Transilvânia e Castelo Dracula Tour de dia inteiro saindo de Bucareste

It was very nice and the guide was knowledgeable. It is a loooong day so just be prepared. The countryside is beautiful.

It was a terrific day. Traffic was intense getting out of Bucharest in the morning but Lucian, our driver and guide, made the time fly by with his stories. Peles Castle was well worth a visit. We only saw the outside because it is closed on Monday and Tuesday but still very impressive. Brasov is a lovely town where we enjoyed a traditional Hungarian lunch seated outside in the square. Then on to Bran’s castle. Lots of steps to get up the hill but the castle was lots of fun to visit. There are some outside displays of craftsmen and a good selection of souvenirs to buy if that is your thing. It was a long day but the scenery was interesting and our guide did everything in his power to make sure we were well looked after.

Not for the faint hearted …. we spent 13 hours on the bus for the round trip with about 5 hours enjoying the highlights and the rest in traffic. Be prepared 😳 Also note this tour does not include entry to Peles Castle or Bran Castle. The first was sold out so we went to a smaller house in the complex and we booked ahead for the second. Guide was friendly, thorough and helpful. A long day but worthwhile if you are only in the area for one day.

Great day out with excellent driver and guide. Learned so much history about Romania, the castles, the people. Grayline could help more with more explicit information re booking for Peles Castle and Bran Castle. Ie need first slot for Peles and it seems Bran can be booked when get there. Due to traffic very difficult to book exact time slot for Bran and some passengers were stressed with having to change time slots. But still a very worthwhile day trip .Thank you .

Had a great time visiting Peleş castle, Braşov and Bran castle, it was a very long day at over 13 hrs but our guide Danny was great and kept us informed and entertained, our driver was amazing too driving us back through thunder and lightning storms back to Bucharest. Would recommend this trip.

A really good tour. The castles are great and Braşov is a lovely town. The only downside is the length of time. We were 14 hours in total, which considering you get about 4.5 hours out of the bus in total, that's a lot of sitting in the bus. It can't be helped though, that's just the way it is. Our tour guide Danny was really good, informative and funny.

Amazing tour and a fantastic guide! I had a really great experience on this tour. Dani was super helpful, funny, and made the whole day much more interesting with his stories and explanations. He created a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and I enjoyed the trip from beginning to end. The places were beautiful, and Dani made the experience even better. Definitely recommended! Just one recommendation: book your Peleș Castle tickets in advance. In some cases, tickets can be sold out and you may not be able to buy them at the entrance.

NOT WORTH IT! 9 hours on the bus for 4 hours of sightseeing and on top of that with lines. I recommend the inside of Peles Castle. Bran Castle “Dracula” (we only passed by it...) is only worth it from the outside, the bad thing is that you have to go through the ticket office and pay for a photo, everything is fenced off. Brasov is very pretty and very, very touristy

Bus was very terrible. AC had two controls Off and High. we have to ask to turn on AC. as we drove around curbs it sounds like vehicle bearing or were worn out. I was afraid wheel would come off. People should be aware if traffic it going to be a 3 1/2 hour ride no bathroom/comfort stop. You have to plan your meals during your 1 1/2 hour stop. Guild was nice and knowledgeable. Problem was trip had two different languages and sometime is seem the Italian language which was first had a longer talk about things and English got the cleft notes. Italians where the bigger group, I get that, but every time we go place we what until he got done with the Italians to find out what he said. As for pick up we never got a response on confirmation of pick up. Trip advisor only had your Hotel not picked. It was a very disappoint with trip advisor and tour.

This tour was absolutely fantastic! Our guide Stephan was so knowledgeable and helpful. The bus was spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. It was all so convenient getting to and from the castles. Book this tour if you’re keen to see Dracula’s castle. Would definitely book it again
