Once booked communication with the taxi company was very good, but they didn’t show up at the prearranged time. I called and they kept telling me the driver was close, but in reality they were just stringing me along. I’m leaving a 1 star review mainly because it’s completely unnecessary to prearrange a ride to anywhere from the cruise port. There is a taxi stand with seemingly unlimited drivers just waiting to take you where you want to go, just do that. Our driver was a little more than 30 minutes late and it was difficult just looking at all those taxis I could’ve just walked up to.

Your reservation was also made at the last minute on a day when the cruise ship disembarked early and everyone wanted to leave as soon a possible. Unfortunately, your assigned driver encountered unforeseen circumstances that delayed the pickup. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we continued to provide updates throughout. Our intention was never to inconvenience you or keep you waiting unnecessarily, but to ensure you had accurate information so you could make the best decision for your travel plans. During our communication, we explained the situation and you agreed to wait for the driver. Throughout the process, our priority was to keep you informed and offer the best possible solution while taking your onward travel plans into account. Very reliable and punctual. Was early for our pick up. Very nice driver and was able to give us lots of information about Iceland since it was our 1st time here. Would definitely recommend him.

Only give it a three-star, but it does not have to do with the company it has to do with the driver. Although on time he never came to find us at the ship's exit like all the other drivers. Called us and told us to find the white van of which there are many in the parking lot. It was a bit unprofessional not to be at the ship's exit for us like all the other drivers, especially since we were standing in the rain trying to find him. Would recommend hoping other drivers are better.
