When we got to the airport and got our bags, we went to the desk where Grey Line was in the airport. They tried to sell us on some tours etc. We did not enjoy that. We just wanted to get to our hotel. Outside, where all vendors were, we found Grey Line easily and within 5 minutes we were on a shuttle to the hotel. 3 or 4 stops on our way to our resort. Not too bad. The representative at the hotel was nice and informative.

Pick up at airport went well. Company listed incorrect time of return flight. When contacted they said they corrected it. But left me stranded on day of pickup and did not return calls. Cost me $130 for a last minute taxi to airport. AVOID

Very friendly, easy to find. Got me to my hostel no problem. Shuttle was nice and air conditioned and comfortable.

Great and easy experience drivers were timely had cooler with drinks in the way to hotel, and very friendly tour staff wasn’t pushy and offered good services for any entertainment needs, private is a bit expensive about $240 usd plus the initial cost but definitely worth the convinence

We pre-paid for the round trip to the hotel and the airport. We got there just fine, but when it came time to pick us up to go back to the airport, they were no help. We called them for our ride, and they said they had been there already. They had my cell phone number, and we received not one call. They apparently came to pick us up 3.5 hours before our flight. We ended up calling a taxi who delivered what we paid for. i would not recommend this company!!
