Drivers were prompt, friendly, and easy to communicate with via the Viatour app and text messages. I would definitely recommend. It seems like a good value for the money.
You can’t go wrong with this transport. They were right where they said they would be, right there when we exited the airport. Once we met coordinator, we are on our shuttle within 10 minutes. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. A perfect way to get to your hotel.
Very good experience. Driver were nice and easy to talk to. Make sure you use the What’s App to text with the company to confirm your flight. Very reliable will definitely use again .
Good experience. Had to wait about an half hour upon arrival but driver was excellent. Departure trip was about 15 minutes late. Driver not as friendly.
Terrible service. Was surprised by my arrival at the airport and had to scramble to get me a ride. Long wait. Confirmed my return to the airport 3 times and driver still did not show. Spent $90 on an Uber to make my flight. Worst car service I have used used. Be smart and look elsewhere; there are plenty of other car services for the airport

I'd like to recommend the shared shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. We were given very detailed information as to what to do when we arrived and where to go and wait for our shuttle. I had no problems following the information which made things go very smoothly. We only had to wait for about 10 minutes and our shuttle to come and pick us up. There was one more couple with us since we chose the shared shuttle. The vehicle was clean and the air conditioning was very welcomed.
