Becoming a Repeat Customer
I did not know how long immigration would take and my driver waited! He was there on time and had my name written on the board! The ride was on time and smooth. I would definitely use this service again!

Stress free ride to our hotel
The driver was very kind, be sure to have your luggage picked up and go to the exit and they will have a sign with your name, what a nice experience!

Good communication, on time pick up, efficient process. The driver sent a picture of the door where he was waiting for us making our connection with him much easier.

Well done
I arrived early out of customs and the driver adjusted very well. The car was clean and I felt safe riding in the vehicle.

Driver rip off service
Arrived at Ciaro International Airport. proceeded to the baggage and taxi area. I spent 40 minutes looking for the driver with a placard with my name. To no avail did I find the driver who was to pick me up and drive me to my hotel. I did not have internet, and the airport's internet would not connect to my phone. I had to retrieve money from the ATM and get a taxi to my hotel. I choose not to use the Viator service to book any upcoming taxis or other services. I find it very poor in relation to other hire-a-driver services.

Dear Guest,
We are sorry to hear about your experience.
We take airport transfers very seriously and always provide our guests with detailed meeting instructions before arrival. Our drivers wait at the designated meeting point with a sign displaying the guest's name, and we are available through Viator messages, WhatsApp, and phone calls for immediate assistance if any difficulty arises.
Unfortunately, we were unable to identify your booking from this review. We would appreciate it if you could contact us directly with your booking reference so that we can investigate what happened and review all communication records.
Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are always committed to assisting our travelers whenever they need support.

Amazing transfer
The transfer bus was here just as we exited the airport. Ismail and Saif where our drivers and they were very very pleasant. Very friendly and talkative during our transfer and made us feel very welcome. Very informative about the area too and was nice enough to give us some recommendations. Will highly recommend these guys for a transfer and they do tours too. Ask for Ismail and his son Saif as they were lovely.

Great Experience!
I had a great experience with this company! They communicated with me prior to pick up. At the airport, my driver was waiting for me with a sign with my name, once I stepped outside of the terminal. The driver carried my bag to the car and drove me safely to the hotel.

Great ride
Transportation back to airport went very smooth even at a very early hour. Our driver was safe and got us to our departure gate with plenty of time to spare, and helped us unload luggage
