Really professional and friendly I would really recommend it. This is the second time I use there service and I will for sure use them again.
The guide was great and he was well prepared with visas and forms ready for us. The luggage took over an hour to come out but that’s not his fault. The real issue is the car provided is nothing like what is shown in the pictures on Viator. It was a beat up car with broken seat belts. That upset me because I purposefully booked this for the van.
My meet and greet experience was so smooth and easy thanks to Kyro! He looked after everything, on my arrival he already had sorted my visa out so no time waisted on visa filling forms on my own. He took me to the hotel after that and again, everything went just fine. Super recommend his service!
Friendly proffesional service
We were met by Kyro as our VIP help and he escorted us through all the airport chaos! What a treasure to have a local friend take care of us to our hotel until we could find our bearings in Egypt.
Isaac was excellent from start to finish. He met us at the airport as soon as we arrived, took us through passport control, and even had our visa’s ready to go. In what is a hectic airport, Isaac made the process extremely smooth. A lovely car. Also pointed out lots of history on our drive. I would absolutely recommend to anyone travelling to Cairo for the first time!
Kyro was waiting for me right out of the international arrival doors. Easy to spot. He is a gentleman. Knows the ins and outs of the airport. Super helpful was not only pick up service but way beyond going through passport security and customs with me. We had a wonderful drive from Cairo airport to Giza. Highly recommend the services.
Issac our driver was fantastic there to meet us bought our visa for us prior to our artival so no queing ( we paid him back obviously) great drive to hotel with issac pointing out places of interest on way ... just perfect
Excellent experience with VIP meet and greet from Kyro and the Twitter Egypt Travel team! We were met very soon after departing and escorted through all the hustle and bustle. I wouldn’t do this without the escort!
I would highly recommend booking this company when visiting Cairo. Isaac our guide helped us through the visa and passport control process. He had cold water waiting for us in the car and took us to the hotel explaining different things on the way about famous sites. In a pinch I needed Isaac’s help with arranging a tour of old Cairo and a hotel transfer to airport. He jumped in right away.. quite literally responding to my requests within a minute of me sending them. Our pick up was at 2am for the airport transfer and he arrived early and waited until we were ready. My pov if you’re traveling to Cairo is to use this service. There are quite a lot of people going through Cairo airport..having someone there that can speak English and provide you with support was a wonderful start to our vacation. Not to mention we got to skip the massive line and go right to the front. Thanks Isaac and team!
