The confirmation was confusing as it called out “Transfer from LIR to Westin Conchal” when I had booked the transfer from the “Westin to LIR”. I had to call in to confirm that the trip was in fact from the hotel to the airport. The time for pick up was chosen for me; however, it was easy to adjust the time with the gent. Just know you may have to call back in after booking. Description also states that there would be bottled water onboard for the 1 hour 15 minute trip, but our driver did not have any beverages.

The immigration line was 90 minutes long with no reception. I got a message that the driver left before we got out of the terminal. No service was provided and they are refusing a refund. Total rip off

We have been unable to identify a reservation matching the details in this review. This was a private round trip transport from airport to hotel and then back in Costa Rica. Both drivers were excellent—spoke good English, drove smoothly and were on time and very considerate. Guanacaste Viejes —great company

Great experience. Driver was there when we arrived, drive to hotel was great. Same with the trip back to the airport. Easy and simple!
We were supposed to get a minibus with an English driver. What we got was a crew cab pick up, with a driver that spoke very little English. Also, no water was provided as was promised on the reservation confirmation. However, the driver was a very careful.and steady driver.
Luis was a super professional and courteous driver. He assisted with luggage and navigated the roads safely for us.
Driver arrived on time at our specified location. He was friendly, polite and helpful. He offered to stop on our way back to the airport if we needed anything. We arrived in a timely manner. I would recommend the service.
I booked two other car services and cancelled bc they both required a separate second booking (outside of Viator) for the return trip. This car service is the way to go — all-in fee up front, clean vehicles, friendly drivers who are on time! No issues at all. I had a little trouble finding the guy when I landed but that’s bc my flight was early, customs was super quick, and he was just pulling in. I messaged the service on the WhatsApp number they gave me, and they responded quickly to give me his information. Would absolutely book this service again!

Because of the terrible lines to get through immigration it took almost 2 hours to get through. I contacted the driver who patiently waited. He was easy to find outside the baggage claim area and then offered to stop so we good get some snacks and beverages for our 1hr ride to the hotel. Only thing is the store we stopped at was a tourist trap with 2 12 packs a bottle of wine and few bags of chips costing 90 US dollars.

Great private transportation service from LIR to Margaritaville Beach Resort in Playa Flamingo. Driver was immediately outside the airport.
