This was on a motor coach, not just a small shuttle bus like picture shows. Ride was quick. We were to the airport by 7:45. I would take it again.
It was very easy to find the location. The directions were very straight forward and communication was on point. The driver announced what we were waiting for and how long it would be. I appreciated that we knew what was going on. We only waited about 5-10 minutes for some other passengers before taking off.
Cruise port terminal to the Airport. Inexpensive by far! Easy to find. All of the staff was friendly and no waiting. Just do it!
Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and the service was great! Comfortable bus and the drivers know a lot about the city.
Great timing, the only concern we had and I can say for all passengers, the overwhelming diesel exhaust fumes in the van, maybe a leak into the cabin
Booking on line was easy. Transportation was reserved for transfer from cruise port to airport. Communication was great so we knew where the pick up location would be when we got off the cruise ship. Affordable prices. The only downside the bus driver was speeding most of the way to the airport. Which made us nervous.

The only thing that surprised us was it wasn’t a shuttle like the advertisement showed. It was a full sized bus. This means that they waited until the bus was full which would have put us behind at the airport if we hadn’t put an extra hour in our plans. We figured with Seattle busy with the World Cup, the airport and streets would be crowded. We made it to the airport in enough time to make our flight. The driver was a good driver.

Bus lane R once you leave your ship. They send you a message and remind you. Driver was safe and informative. The bus we were on for the return trip was large and comfortable. Would have liked the trip from airport to seaport to be the same, but it was on a shuttle that should have been retired 15 years ago. Cost was about half as much as option booking through the cruise line, so shop around.
