Jen was very interesting. She was able to speak to the long history of Seattle. She kept it entertaining for all age groups that were on our tour.
This was a small group tour, led by a teacher and very dynamic personality. It was interesting, informative and lots of fun!
It’s not completely underground….That’s a GOOD thing. Learned a lot. Daniel was articulate, knows how to project and was never awkward. Thank you for the history lesson and cool Seattle tips.

The tour is informative. Only four stars because the tour description and communication did not disclose the amount of walking and stairs involved. You will walk many city blocks to descend into (and ascend from) the many different places below the city. This is not a tour for those mobility challenged.z

As far as the stairs and walking, we will see if Viator can move up the details we provided to the top of the list of information regarding our tour. "There are 3 flights of stairs, up and down each flight, throughout the one hour tour. We travel 4 blocks ( approx. half a mile, .8k) at a leisurely pace during the one hour tour." Daniel was a great tour guide. She did a good job at explaining the history of the undergrounds while adding humor. Good experience and it was very interesting to see all the history.
Informative and fun! Our guide (Daniel) was very well informed about Seattle’s history and did an exceptional job sharing her knowledge and answering questions people had along the way. Went with my husband and 2 teenage children (16 & 13) and they enjoyed it as well.
Good and interesting but mostly just about the fire not much other. Not many seats during tour no bathrooms other than lobby.
