Kim met us immediately after we exited the airport with our luggage. He provided safe and efficient transportation to our hotel and also gave us a history lesson about Cambodia and Siem Reap on the way from the airport.
Our driver, Thay, was on time and very efficient. We also had a stimulating conversation during our drive. Highly recommended.

Driver was not waiting for us at the arrival at the airport. After other passagers were picked up by their booked drivers, we struggled to contact help. Eventually someone picked up and found us a driver. To be fair, company offered us a discount on transport back to the airport but we will not use them again.
