Polite, responsive and facilitative. They provided great info ahead of our arrival and didn't attempt to push any additional services. Our point of contact was Innocent, who was friendly and accommodating.

We feel so lucky to have found this company. The team are all so professional and friendly. Great attention to detail all done with a warm air. We were picked up at the Botswana border by Herbert who is fantastic. He came into the customs building with us and guided us through every step. He gave us plenty on info en route to our hotel which really added to the journey. We were very happy so used the same company again for other drives we needed, Innocent at the office was great at keeping in touch and organising everything. Very reliable, very good, and at a good & reasonable price. I can’t recommend these guys enough. We will 100% use them when we next visit.

We expected our transfer to Livingstone airport from Victoria Falls would be a bit trickey. With five passengers, five large bags and five day packs our need was much more than a standard taxi (or two). Nekacheya Travel and Tours provided a fantastic service, a van big enough for us all, great commentary along the journey and all the 1%’ers that turn a good journey into a memorable (and rateable) journey.
