Everything went very smoothly from hotel pick up and drop off to the border crossing. Roland was a very informative guide. The falls were beautiful and I’m glad I was able to see the Zambian side.

It is a LONG day. A lot of walking and waiting at Immigration to cross borders. But our guide Phila was amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly. She navigated our group through the process and connected us with helpful people. The falls were also amazing. When I was exhausted reaching the Zambia side I wondered if it was really worth it just to see more of the same waterfall...but as I was standing there water spraying all around me like I was in a rainstorm it felt so invigorating I was glad to have pushed myself for the full experience.

The experience was awesome the entire itinerary and plans were super flexible and based on our interests and what we wanted to see. The guide was on time and very nice. He took you to both sides of the falls. It was supposed to be about 6 hours but ended after maybe 4.5? I wish we had some time to explore the fall independently. It would have also been nice to have a spot to stop for lunch or a coffee. It was unfortunate because once you leave the falls you have to pay again to go back on. I wish we had like another hour on each side of independent time to walk and appreciate the falls and read some of the signs

What an amazing day spent exploring the falls. If you visit the falls you have to visit from both countries. Each has its unique experience. Vincent did a great job of pointing out the best views both have to offer. Vincent was a very personable guide who did a great all around job with the tour by providing excellent information about the falls, its history and the area around the falls. He also was excellent with helping me through the border crossing. I highly recommend anyone visiting the area get the Kaza Visa it will make all border crossings go so much smoother. The company also did a great job on transportation from my hotel to the falls and back again. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for the full Victoria Falls experience.
