They never showed up To pick me up, not a phone call or a text to let me know. Highly irresponsible from the company not to at least give me a heads up to find another way for me to get to the airport.

Very clean vehicle, punctual driver. Smooth and easy ride to get to the hotel. Driver was friendly and offered up suggestion for activities to do while in town.

We were nervous booking our own independent trip and did a lot of travelling from airports and across the national parks with lots of border crossing (Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana). Patrick and his staff were just awesome. As soon as we arrived at the airport he was there to greet us and was always on time for every trip, very flexible around our requirements, very good prices and they made our whole trip seamless. They helped us navigate border control and were so reliable. Patrick was also so quick to answer our emails during our stay too. They assisted with booking trips and excursions and I cannot recommend them enough for excellent service.

There were 16 of us who stayed in Livingstone at the end of a charity cycle ride and Patrick and his team transported us about regularly and was always just a WhatsApp away, responding almost immediately to our requests for a 2-3 taxis at a time. He also arranged a Lusaka airport transfer for one and another Lusaka airport transfer for 5 plus luggage. His price was much less than the other quotes we got and Matthews who drove the five of us to Lusaka airport was a really great and safe driver.

Highly recommended, as Patrick is an awesome guy. Always on time, very professional and friendly. Even transfers from livingstone to lusaka are no problem and the prices are fair. When I'm in Livingstone, I never go to another transport service! Thanks for everything Patrick.
