Alterações nos horários de retirada devem ser solicitadas ao seu fornecedor ou agente de reservas pelo menos 24 horas antes da partida. Se a alteração for aceita pelo fornecedor, será por sua conta e risco. Não podemos aceitar qualquer responsabilidade por clientes que não sejam recolhidos a tempo e, posteriormente, percam voos ou viagens futuras se os detalhes da reserva forem alterados e não tivermos sido avisados em conformidade. Comfortable easy transfer with very friendly driver. Boat was amazing, helped with baggage, escorted us right to our hotel.

We wanted to tour Ravenna on our way from the cruise port to Venice and found this company online. They met us after we departed our ship and took us into Ravenna for a 2 hour guided tour (which was a highlight of our entire vacation). The murals and architecture in Ravenna were awesome! Afterwards our guide provided us with a great recommendation for lunch. Then our driver picked us up and took us to the outskirts of Venice. To finish the trip, they arranged a private water taxi which took us directly to our hotel’s front door. Outstanding day thanks to Luxer Incoming’s awesome service.

The company that cancelled and left us stranded. We had to find our own way to Venice. We had terrible experience and to this date we have not been refunded.

Got off the cruise raining ppl getting wet to all fit in à bus. My driver was waiting and quick and easy. Smooth than I got to Venice another person had my taxi boat ready and waiting. Pls truly the right way to go

This was a great experience. Effortless. We got off the cruise ship and our driver was already waiting for us. The drive was about 2 hours to Venice. When we arrived to Venice someone else was waiting for us to direct us to our water taxi to take us to our hotel. I would highly recommend this service.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am really glad we paid the extra to include the boat taxi to the hotel. The place our driver dropped us off was so busy, but he had someone there waiting to hand us over to that took us to a water taxi that had already been set up for us. We didn't have to try to figure any part of the experience out on our own.

It's about 2 hours long with 1 toilet break if needed. Take break near end of trip since there are not any obvious W C at destination. Driver was helpful and led us to water taxi.
