Captain Jack is so nice and very knowledgeable! We saw a lot of wildlife including orcas! Would highly recommend.

Loved this private tour! We saw so much of the Ketchikan coast we would have never seen without Captain Jack! He is super knowledgeable and hearing about his experiences here made this tour even better. Some of the little coves and inlets we saw were breathtaking. We would do it again!

Our group had a great time with Captain Jack. He made pickup easy, and then it just got better from there. Despite the rain, Captain Jack took us all around the area. He kept us to areas where the waters were protected, so we didn’t have too many big waves. The trip was incredibly beautiful. We saw most of the animals we had hoped to see. Captain Jack was very knowledgeable about the area and his commentary was fascinating without feeling like a lecture. Highly recommend!

Captain Jack is amazing! This trip was personalized to our requests and he did everything he could to take us to the places we were most likely to see wildlife. He had so much local knowledge to share and we felt like we really got a taste for Ketchikan and its culture and history as well as its animal and sealife. You won’t regret booking this!

What an amazing and personal adventure! Captain Jack was incredibly knowledgeable—not only about the wildlife, but also about the town of Ketchikan. His boat is wheelchair-accessible, very comfortable, and perfectly set up for easy viewing of the spectacular wildlife we saw, including sea lions, eagles, starfish, and more. He was also very responsive to our messages and made everything so convenient by picking us up right at our ship. I highly recommend this excursion—an adventure you won’t want to miss!

Captain Jack was friendly, knowledgeable, and wanted to provide you with an exceptional experience while on his boat. The boat was newer, clean comfortable and he provided drinks and snacks. He also provided binoculars for viewing wildlife. I highly recommend this excursion while in Ketchikan.
