Wonderful experience
We loved the trip! Bath was amazing and Burton-by-the- water was charming. Our tour guide was knowable and funny. The bus ride was seamless.
My only complaint would be that the drop off was not the same as pick up and therefor much further away from our hotel.

Good tour, bad tour company (Golden)
Oliver the tour guide and Amrish the driver were fine (although Oliver walked too fast for some of the folks on the tour). The biggest problem was the coach was one hour late leaving, so we only went to one village in the Cotswalds, not two. Then were were all made to leave the bus at the end of the day many miles from where we had started the tour, clearly not the final destination we had been given by Viator. Very bad practice. All of this is on Golden Tours, not Oliver or Amrish.

Lousy Management
Though no fault of guide Oliver and driver Amrish, the tour started some 1 hour and 15mins late!! Horrible feel wasting precious morning hours just waiting and waiting for replacement bus. Every stop became a rush. Felt like we spent money just sitting more in coach than visiting the lovely towns Bath and Coswold. By the time we got to Coswold Bourton on water, shops were getting ready to close for the day - pity. It is a lovely town to stroll down. Unlike other travel agencies, there was zero effort made to compensate for the slip and lose of time!

Great scenery and great seevice
Oscar and Hamrish were great! There was a glitch that set us back an hour but both were very informative and made the trip fun.

Great tour bath & Cotswold
Our tour went to Bath and Cotswold, Our guide Eileen and driver Kee were great! She is a wealth of knowledge, engaging and entertaining. Eileen made sure to chat with everyone. Our driver Kee had to demonstrate is 5 star driving skills had to turn to back up and turn around on a country road as the closed was closed for repairs. They make a good team.
