Junte-se a um tour de vinho íntimo de dois vinhedos / fazendas locais e suas adegas, guiados por um Especialista do vinho e aprenda sobre todo o processo de fabricação do vinho, do vinho até o botão. Aproveite a degustação de três tipos de vinhos em cada vinha, enquanto aprende mais sobre os sabores do vinho e como melhorar a degustação. Em seguida, subamos ao pico mais alto da região do Algarve, no sul de Portugal. Aproveite um almoço ou jantar com vista para o pôr do sol na costa em um restaurante de montanha com algumas das melhores especialidades da cozinha Português e uma vista panorâmica sobre o Algarve.

Localizado na área fronteiriça norte de Portimão e Alvor. Com a grande montanha de Monchique, que domina a vista quando estamos nas vinhas, esta grande propriedade também tem áreas de crescimento de cortiça, campos de trigo e laranjas. Na família desde 1865 e produtores de uvas de muito tempo, esta fazenda construiu sua vinícola moderna em 1999 e foram os primeiros produtores certificados de designação de origem de vinhos no Algarve. Na esplanada, na loja ou nos barris de carvalho é visível a tradição desta propriedade familiar.
Localizado ao norte de Portimão, já no condado de Silves. É uma produção exclusiva de vinho, a localizada mais ao norte da região, bem no início das montanhas Monchique. Propriedade de um casal Francêsnheceu em Bordeaux, onde nasceu e cresceu rodeado pela influência do vinho. Eles se mudaram para a região no início do século para começar este projeto do zero. Nas encostas do rio Vlley de Odelouca, eles plantaram sua vinha e construíram sua vinícola pequena, mas bem equipada, que também abriga uma sala de degustação, sala de barris e laboratório.

What an excellent way to spend the morning and afternoon. The outfit is a family operation, meaning the tour guide has a personal stake in ensuring you have a good time. The vineyards on your tour are family farms that put great effort into producing excellent wines. The view from the terrace on the mountain top at lunch was stunning, and the food was absolutely superb. Don’t miss this very fun activity!

This tour is a must! From start to finish, Fabio was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating for me and our group. The wineries were beautiful and the wine was very good! The scenery along the way was amazing. The lunch at the top of the mountain was quite an experience! Would def recommend!

Our guide Fabio was very informative before the trip answering my queries promptly . On the the day he was very knowledgeable about the wine making process, Both wineries were quite different from each other . The mountain restaurant was very rustic with lovely views and delicious Portuguese food. Thank you Fabio

Fabio was helpful, knowledgeable, and comfortable to be around throughout the day. The van is also comfortable and air conditioned. We both get carsick and had no issues even going up and down the mountain. There were two of us, so we did one premium tasting and one regular tasting at each Quinta, which was a fun way to try more of the wines. Driving up to Monchique was very beautiful, and you get to see the cork forest on the way up. We went to O Luar da Foia, where we both tried black pork. This is a LARGE amount of food, so go hungry, because it is delicious! Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Fabio is very patient and personable, and answered all of our questions. The wine and food were delicious. Fabio’s recommendations were great. Don’t skip this!

We visited two vineyards with our guide Fabio, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The lunch at the restaurant up the mountain was amazing. Authentic Portuguese food with an amazing view. You won’t be disappointed

This is an intimate wine tasting and learning experience that Fabio has curated. We learned so much about the history of Algarve wine production through modern day, and simply relaxed and enjoyed the beauty of the mountains and welcoming spirit of the residents in this region. Bonus black pork consumption included.
