Actividade fornecida por empresa certificada com o selo "Clean and Safe" emitido pelo Turismo de Portugal. Vamos começar esta magnífica jornada em Portimão. A nossa equipa estará á sua espera no Cais do Clube Naval de Portimão, junto ao Convento de São Francisco, ou garantimos o transporte para o local de embarque, caso seja necessário. Após uma recepção calorosa, a nossa equipa vai explicar alguns procedimentos de segurança. De seguida, iniciaremos a nossa jornada em direcção à famosa Gruta de Benagil. Ao longo do caminho, teremos a possibilidade de ver igrejas, castelos, grutas lindíssimas, grutas assustadoras e ouviremos histórias antigas. Durante este magnífico tour, podemos ainda ter oportunidade de ver os nossos grandes amigos, os “golfinhos” - todos os nossos barcos estão equipados com rádio VHF e estão sintonizados no mesmo canal que os barcos de observação de golfinhos, portanto, se forem vistos, o que é muito frequente na nossa costa, e se estiverem a menos de 2 milhas náuticas, teremos oportunidade de observá-los. Será uma viagem fantástica, divertida e interessante, que vai ser muito mais do que apenas uma viagem de barco, o sangue vai correr mais rápido, ouvirá o eco dos "woooh" nas grutas e a felicidade vai invadir o seu coração! O que mais você deve saber: Pedimos que esteja no local de embarque 15 minutos antes do início do tour. A alocação de reservas é automática. Se fizer reservas individuais mas fizer parte de um grupo, informe-nos quais reservas pertencem ao seu grupo

Disappointing check-in experience with Atlantis Tours The Benagil Caves tour itself was great, and Nuno and Rui the captains were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the girls at the check-in trailer. I booked the tour two days in advance, followed all the instructions, and arrived early for the 4:10 check-in. Instead of a smooth and welcoming check-in, I was given excuse after excuse. First, they couldn’t find my ticket, then questioned the language I had booked, and eventually told me the boat wasn’t ready and that I had to come back at 5:00. It was around 30°C, and we were left waiting outside with no facilities. I was travelling with my children, and the check-in staff were not accommodating or helpful. It was especially disappointing because the actual tour were great, but the poor check-in experience really took away from what could have been an excellent overall experience. I hope Atlantis Tours addresses the customer service at the check-in trailer, because the tour itself deserves better.
Great couple of hours out, visiting all the caves by boat, the crew, Sergio & Chico, were a bundle of laughs, saying it as it is, and making time fly, but goving interesting info at the same time. Highly recommend the trip.

Starting place easy to find! queuing for Check in c is well organized!arriving 20 min early is better! Professional and friendly crew speaks French (inform when booking that you would like a French guide ) ride 1h30! I did the last rotation from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. It was great with a beautiful sunset the pilot allowed us to take very nice photos ( plan to be covered it is not hot offshore )

You have to be there 15 minutes beforehand and then you are waiting in a queue in a very hot parking lot for more than 30 minutes wearing a life jacket. No tents for shade oid. Boat trip itself took 1 hour and 10 minutes. Guide tried to make the trip fun with jokes, which half succeeded. When we finally arrived at the Bengal cave we were waiting with all boats, until we were allowed to enter the cave for a while. Result: cave full of petrol fumes. You're crammed on the boat like sardines. Taking pictures from the middle of the boat is not possible, because everyone tries to take pictures with a phone (= logical). After the Benagil cave in one stripe back to the quay. At Ponte de Piedade there were more beautiful cliffs and caves. Glad we did that boat trip too, because this experience was mediocre. Also the ‘speedboat’ did not bring adrenaline or anything like that.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Tamara. We’re sorry that some aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations, although we’re pleased you enjoyed the coastal scenery. The summer months are our busiest period, so the meeting point can be particularly busy and waiting times may be longer. Unfortunately, as it is a public park, we are not permitted to install shade structures. Regarding the smell of fuel inside the cave, the high number of boats visiting Benagil during the peak season can unfortunately make this more noticeable due to the concentration of vessels in the area. The time spent inside the cave is also regulated by the Maritime Authorities. If you visit the Algarve outside the high season, you will find a very different atmosphere, with fewer visitors and a quieter experience. Kind regards, The Atlantis Tours Team

It was great and lots of fun! The speedboat was actually fast and the commentator was funny. Only problem it was super hot outside and they were 20 mins delayed with no shade nearby we were dying outside lmao.

You are going to have a great time... it is a beautiful experience, it does not get tedious and is very comfortable I went with a young child and doubted it would be appropriate for her, but I was wrong because she had a great time.
