Owner is nice and helpful. But location is kind of hard to find and no signs on entrance door on the second floor). Location holds class during the day and a karaoke bar at night. So probably why it's dark and windowless class room. I want to like this class but it's not as enjoyable as I thought it would be. There's always room for improvement!

It was a lot of fun! I was expecting it to be focused solely on the stamp making, but I learned some kanji as well. Would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing break before hitting the Tokyo streets again.

Fun, but not quite as expected. Thought we would get a guided lesson on calligraphy and how to make strokes, what different lines meant, etc, but it was a short one to one, which was nice, but not very informative. The stamp in created in advance so make sure you answer the email from the operator to get the picture you want. No bag was included, not sure if that's just old info but it didn't happen. The personalized name and video were cute though. Just felt pared down for the money and not as much of a lesson as expected.

Our original Japanese seals are produced using a specialized engraving machine, and each seal takes approximately 30 minutes to create. For this reason, guests select their preferred design in advance, and while the seal is being produced, they can enjoy a calligraphy experience and learn about Japanese culture. However, we understand that our description and pre-arrival information may not have been clear enough, which led to a different experience than you expected. We take your feedback seriously. I loveeeeeed this experience! We laughed a lot and she was very patient with me! Not only did I get my customized Japanese stamp, but I also did calligraphy, received a T-shirt and tote with family crests on them. This is definitely a must when you go to Tokyo!!

I got a name stamp (Katakana Letters). In the meantime the stamp hast been produced I received a Kalligraphy lessin which I really enjoyed!

I received a very warm welcome even though I was a half hour early for my appointment. My stamp took around 20 mins. While I waited O was given some free calligraphy writing lessons. It was wonderful. The hostess is the sweetest and very attentive.

It was very entertaining. I tried to write my name in Kanji several times and they explained how to do Japanese calligraphy. They also gave us the stamps that looked great. Kana attended us and was very attentive. They served us refreshments too. I highly recommend the place and activity.

The personalization was incredible. We did calligraphy while we waited for our stamps and getting 1 on 1 help with calligraphy was very helpful. I found new meaning to my name and I was very happy at the end of the experience.
