We had a blast on the zip line tour! It was very convenient to be picked up directly from the hotel. Ours wasn’t listed, but Alejandro still came to get us. He was a wonderful driver, very friendly & a safe driver. If you book directly with Tree Trek Gamboa, the tour is much cheaper. But you have to arrange for other transportation. Just depends on what you feel the transportation is worth. The zip line tour itself took us about an hour & a half, but it was just the two of us. For a larger group, it would definitely take longer.

We were with our daughter at the zipline in Panama and we enjoyed it overall. The staff were very nice and friendly and have explained and instructed us everything well. It made you feel safe. For us, however, it was not the first time zipline. We’ve been to Costa Rica before for the zipline, and it was a level up there – longer, more spectacular and a little more exciting overall. Nevertheless, it was a nice experience and especially for our daughter a great experience. If you want to try zipline, you can definitely have fun here.

When I booked this, I thought it was a group tour, but to my surprise it was just the two of us. Our guide, Juan picked us up at our hotel and took us to the zip line. He was very cordial and friendly gave us some history along the way. He did the zip line with us and returned us back to our next hotel stay I highly recommend this tour. The Zipline staff where friendly and helpful.

This was a great way to spend a morning. Alejandro picked us up from our hotel in Panama City in a clean, air conditioned van - very friendly guide; we learned a lot during the drive. The zipline experience was terrific - friendly guides and everything is very safe and well maintained. Terrific photo opps. When done ziplining, Alejandro drove us right back to the hotel. Convenient and easy...tons of fun!

What a great experience we had ziplining. The staff explained everything with great detail and focusing on the safety of all in our group. The staff was friendly and participated in the fun filled experience of the activity. Alejandro picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly as well! Highly recommend this tour!! The tour company communicated well and picked us up at our Airbnb. There were three of us ages 59 and 15. Our a driver was very knowledgeable and on the way out to the zip line told us more about Panama & the area around the zip line. We stopped at a gorgeous hotel and picked up snacks, water & use the restroom before we got to the zip line. When we arrived, we signed in and they helped us get settled into our gear. There are free lockers to store your gear in that you don’t wish to carry with you. I did take my cell phone, which is on a strap that hangs around my neck to take additional videos and pictures. They take pictures too. Then the guides gave us instructions on zip lining. We are not new to zip lining but if you are, this is a great group to go with. There are 13 lines. They use the automatic braking system so as you descent the line it helps slow you down as the Guide at the bottom helps catch and stop you. All their gear appears to be well kept and maintained. There were about 15 people in our group so it didn’t take long for us to enjoy zip line. They drove us to the top of the mountain where we had a short walk to the first line before we descended down back to base camp. 2 hours total of zip lining. There are many spectacular views of the Panama Canal, the Chargers river, and the rainforest. Once we descended back down to base camp we were given water and helped out of our gear. Then we viewed all the pictures that they had taken along the way of us. You cannot purchase your pictures separately, you purchase all of them on a card like USB for only $15. We highly recommend this tour. We really Enjoyed it. Please wear closed toed hiking shoes or sneakers. For women I suggest wearing pants or capris and men wear pants or long shorts to the knees. Don’t forget to bring your bug spray too. HAVE FUN!!

I’m scared of heights and the staff made me feel safe and confident that I could do it! Mark and the other 3 gentlemen were awesome! It was raining which made the ziplines faster. The scenery is amazing! I had a blast and I will do it again thank you

My daughters, ages 10 and 12, really enjoyed our zip lining experience. The customer service was top notch from the beginning. Even though our hotel was not listed as an option, Alejandro picked us up at our hotel promptly at 8:00 AM. My husband was able to tag along as an observer and not pay… which is a huge plus! Alejandro was friendly and pointed out various sights during our 1 hour commute to “Tree Trek Gamboa Adventure Park.” As soon as we entered the rainforest, Alejandro spotted some monkeys. He pulled over immediately so we could take pictures. We also stopped at a resort nearby for photos and a bathroom break. Upon arrival at Tree Trek, we were greeted with smiles from the guides. Their instructions were thorough. They answered the group questions and eased any concerns. They guided us through 10 zip lines. The zip lines ranged from short, long, fast and slow. It was an amazing experience! I would highly recommend this tour. Everyone was professional, patient and friendly.

This was soooo much fun omg! Felt like a kid all over again. The views were amazing and our tour guides were very professional and informative! Definitely worth trying! Also our driver was amazing and informative as well.
