We originally thought we’d just take the bus or a car up here ourselves but we are so glad we ended up going with this tour. Our guide Jair was absolutely amazing. He was so knowledgeable, approachable, and generous. Our drivers also took very good care of us. And we really liked that this tour didn’t include any gimmicks. We went straight to the pyramids, got an excellent and educational tour, and came straight back to the city, just as we were hoping. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is genuinely interested in learning about and appreciating Teotihuacán!
Good experience, it helps a lot that it is a tour that goes straight to the point and does not try to make you buy things.
Our tour guide Yair was amazing! Very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions we had. The tour timings were ideal and I very much recommend it.
Our tour guide Ruben was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable and spoke English well. We split into two groups so our group had about 20 people and it was easy to hear him. The tour was a good pace and about 7 hours total from pick up to drop off. There were a few chances to grab snacks and use the bathroom.
Yair was a great tour guide! Very professional, good story telling! Definetely reccomend booking here for the Teotihuacan visit

Our guide, Julius (Julio) Caeser, was excellent and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived on time in a very nice sprinter van and immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Julio gave us information about not only the Teotihuacan pyramids and people but about Mexico City and Mexico State. We were always given plenty of opportunity to ask questions and never felt rushed. Julio was enthusiastic and genuine, even spending time to find his favorite restaurant and mezcaleria! The meeting time/details were not provided until the morning of the tour and we were unable to contact the tour provider so that was a little stressful, we were unsure if it was legit up until the morning of. So communication from the tour company could use some improvement.
It was a great experience! Learned a lot too!
