What a wonderful tour! Laura was a fantastic guide, so knowledgeable about the architecture and history of Teotihuacán. The transportation was super easy! The bus picked us up about 10 minutes late, but it was very obvious when they arrived. The tour provides coffee, a small snack, and water bottles — I recommend grabbing a bite to eat either ahead of the tour or bringing snacks as there is not much time to grab food from vendors outside the ruins. It was quite sunny and warm, so we were glad to have brought sunglasses, hats, and an umbrella. Definitely wear comfortable shoes and clothing, though it’s not a difficult hike, you will be standing/walking for about 3 hours. The tour is very informational, and is an efficient way to see the ruins — I was glad to have someone so knowledgeable walk us through so that I could actually appreciate what we were seeing. There was also moments of free time to explore (and take photos) which we definitely appreciated. Our only regret was that we went to el museo antropológico nacional before, rather than after this tour, since we would’ve had so much more context! Overall, very much worth the cost, and a great experience.

Laura, Diana, and Oscar were lovely! We learned so much on our tour. Our pickup was at 7:45am and our drop off about 2:30pm. I do wish the tour group at the site was a little smaller (ours had 20 people) because it was tough to see some things past some of the people in our group and sometimes hard to hear what the guide was saying. But this is just my personal preference— Everything else was really great for the price! Definitely bring snacks and toilet paper if you’ll need it for the restroom. And eat a good breakfast beforehand. Thanks to the past reviews, we were prepared. You won’t regret this tour!

Diana, Laura and Oscar were very helpful and knowledgeable. The tour felt safe and was so interesting. Coffee, water and snacks was included and no pressure for buying anything extra. I asked so many questions and they were all answered. It was a great mix of solo exploring and tour as a group. I highly recommend this specific tour! I had the best time.

Laura, Diana and Oscar have been the perfect guides. They explain us a lot of things about Teotihuacan and guide us through the archeological site, they are really kind and professional so you won’t regret to make a tour with them. Moreover, the tour is really what it claims: no tourists traps, no useless stops to shop and touristic restaurants, just a full immersion to teotihuacan

It was an amazing experience. Laura a d Diana were amazing guides and showed us this very cool destination. Thanks to Oscar for driving us to and from the city. Overall definitely reccomend coming again 5 stars!!!

Horrible non existent customer support. I had to reschedule as my friend decided to join me. The morning before my tour, I messaged them thru the app, I called Trip Advisor twice and in turn, they called and emailed the tour operator (paseo olmedo) but they didn’t get a response. I too called them directly on my phone and on whatsapp and messaged them via WhatsApp as well and they didnt’t answer or acknowledge not one of my messages.

The tour guide was superb and she explained all the history of the pyramids and the Mexican history! She was full of energy and with lot of suggestions!
