Beitou Hot Spring Museum (cerrado às segundas-feiras) Duração: ~1 horas Beitou Hot Spring Museum: Comece o seu dia visitando este local histórico, que era um banheiro público durante o período colonial Japonês. Saiba sobre a história e a cultura das fontes quentes de Taiwan aqui.
Vale Termal : (Fechado às segundas-feiras) Também conhecido como "Vale do Inferno", esta fonte quente natural é uma das fontes de fontes quentes de Beitou. Admire o vapor que sobe da água verde esmeralda, criando uma atmosfera única e mística.
Parque Nacional Yangmingshan (Qingtiangang Grassland, Lengshuikeng Trail, Xiaoyoukeng) Duração: ~3,5 horas O Parque Nacional Yangmingshan está localizado no norte de Beitou. Yangmingshan era chamado de Caoshan (Montanha de Grama) durante a ocupação japonesa de Taiwan, porque era coberto de grama e raramente visitado. Após a Segunda Guerra Mundial, o governo do KMT renomeou a montanha Yangmingshan e construiu um parque aqui. O Parque Nacional Yangmingshan é o único parque em Taiwan que tem geografia vulcânica e fontes termais. This was such a fantastic day trip where we really got to enjoy some of Taiwan’s nature. The highlight was the circular trail at Yangmingshan Grassland. The thermal valley and Tamsui were also lovely. All in all a great day and thanks to our driver Tony, he was excellent.

We enjoyed the tour very much as we got to see natural wonders of Taiwan. We had a 13 year old in our group and he also appreciated the tour. Kidd was our driver and he was very helpful and happy to tell us about the sites, even if at times we had to use a translator app due to his limited English. Just the same, we truly enjoyed our day tour with him!

Overall it was an amazing tour! The beauty of Taiwan’s countryside was just breathtaking. Kidd was our guide. He was very friendly and helpful to us, though for long conversations, we had to use (Google?) translator. But nevertheless, we really had one great day enjoyinh Taiwan’s nature places.

Our private driver Charlie was very flexible and polite. He spoke limited English and all communication was via translation apps (so not very much explanation of the locations or history, and more like hiring a private driver). He was punctual, very polite and accommodating and an extremely safe driver. Overall a good experience.
