Paris was AMAZING. She was a great chef, very supportive and helpful. She made the class so fun and was super easy to follow. She made sure we all were doing well and our dough was forming- if not, she was able to help fix it. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because we didn’t get our own pasta back. As a germaphobe, I was barely able to eat my pasta. We were given name tags, but they were not given back to us or asked for our name when the food came out.
Great way to spend an evening. MIMIBwas out chef and tutor and was funny and informative throughout, grazie! We were in a small group so it wasn't rushed and memorable had plenty of time to help where needed. We made spritz, two pasta's then went to eat our pasta, we all enjoyed them, so kudos to the chefs pesto and sauce for doing the heavy lifting 😁 With the meal we had a glass for wine followed by a tiramisu and limocello! Thanks for the fun evening 👌
A great experience with our host Mimi. There were just four of us in the group. We made Aperol Spritz to start with, them made two types of pasta. We then sat down to eat our three course meal in the lovely restaurant, with a glass of wine and a Limoncello to finish. The whole thing was nor rushed at all and Mimi was very helpful during our cooking lesson. Great fun and good value, I would recommend this to anyone!
