Nossa excursão de 3 horas com um guia licenciado pela Fábrica de Schindler e pelo antigo gueto judeu oferece uma esplêndida ocasião para descobrir a história da 2WW de Cracóvia. O passeio começa com uma visita à Fábrica de Schindler, o museu mais visitado de Cracóvia. Ao visitar a exposição permanente, conheceremos de forma abrangente a história da ocupação alemã de Cracóvia durante a guerra. A exposição atualiza-nos sobre o destino dos polacos, alemães e judeus na Cracóvia ocupada – desde a eclosão da guerra até à questionável “libertação” da cidade pelo Exército Vermelho em janeiro de 1945. Munidos dos conhecimentos adquiridos no museu, partiremos para o antigo Gueto. Os locais e acontecimentos históricos discutidos no museu serão mostrados pelo nosso guia no ambiente autêntico em que ocorreram. Visitar a fábrica "Emalia" e o gueto em um único passeio permite que você compreenda e compreenda totalmente o complicado destino de Cracóvia e de seus habitantes durante a 2ª Guerra Mundial.

Tomasz is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about WWII history, Poland, and local culture. We were deeply impacted by the stories he shared, not only about the horrors that occurred at Auschwitz but also regarding the courage, tenacity, and dignity of the Polish people over the centuries. My son and I did this while visiting Krakow and it was AMAZING! Aga was a fantastic guide and the tour was one of our highlights of our trip. TIP-- do this on the front end of your visit to Krakow, so you can understand the occupation of Krakow by the Nazis while you are in the city. Also, you must watch the movie Schindler's List before you come to Krakow and before taking this tour.

Super interesting and absolutely worth seeing with a guide—especially with Thomas! The museum focuses on the days leading up to and following the Occupation of Poland. The exhibit is highly interactive, with well-organized artifacts and photographs from the period. Our guide Thomas masterfully brought those days to life through his storytelling—he contextualized the entire era and was truly superb! The museum can be visited independently, but it’s nothing compared to the guided tour with Best Krakow Walks—highly recommended!
