Not as good of an experience as we hoped for. Not a GPS, so no directions to specific stops, just narration as you approached areas. Parking was almost impossible downtown.

Hello Amy, thank you for joining us for your adventure in Sitka! I wanted to clarify a few things for future guests considering this experience.
Our Jeep adventure is designed to be self-guided, meaning you're the captain of your own ship (or Jeep, in this case!). One of the best parts of this experience is having the freedom to explore Sitka at your own pace, visit the places that interest you, and spend as much or as little time at each stop as you'd like.
Our GPS program includes over 35 talking points, including information about local attractions, points of interest, and directions on where to turn if you'd like to visit certain locations. The purpose of the program isn't to dictate exactly where you should go, but rather to provide the information and guidance you need to create your own adventure. With over 35 talking points and directional prompts, we certainly wouldn't characterize the program as lacking directions.
Regarding parking downtown, unfortunately, public parking availability is outside our control and isn't something we can guarantee.

The best!
This was the best way to see the sites…. On our own, at our own pace. Absolutely the best company to work with, and the vehicles were perfect! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this Jeep tour
We really enjoyed the Jeep rental. It allowed us to explore at our own pace and to see things we otherwise would not have seen. Picking it up was quick and easy, and turning it back in was a breeze. We were able to visit Fortress of the Bear after the rest of the cruise crowds left. We did some off roading where were able to watch salmon making their way upstream in small streams to spawn. I would highly recommend.

Worth it!
My family and I really enjoyed the self guided jeep tour. We stopped where we wanted and beat the tour crowds. Even went off road a bit up one of the mountains for a very nice view. Well worth it!

Staff super friendly,...
Staff super friendly, offered great sightseeing options. GPS nav was easy to follow. Provided interesting facts along the way. A very pleasant way to see sitka without the crowds.

Easy pick up and drop off. The jeep was clean and the gps that narrates as you go is really cool!

Great Experience
The people were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to pick up early and keep until we had to get back on ship. They let us rent bear spray from them. Very informative and suggested places to go. Enjoyed this more than our other jeep rental through cruise line. Definitely recommend the Sitka Jeep rental!!!
