Bikes did the job, one was in need of a little TLC. The most thorough safety briefing (or briefings) I’ve ever had and a little excessive for the hire of an e-bike in my opinion. However, stills good experience and easy to access as right on the harbour side by the cruise terminal.

We had a great experience with our bikes. It turned out that our ship tendered into town and was not in the port which is where we expected to pick up our bikes. Meaghan caught that right away and was in communication early that morning with us provide instruction on how to find them. She even allowed us to leave the bikes in Sitka instead of riding all the way back to port which was a HUGE help! The bikes were in great shape and we had fun using them. Customer service was excellent. Just wish the weather had been a little better but it was still great to see all of the sights.

At 65 I was concerned if I would be able to master the E-Bike. No problem! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In fact the others in my group tired out before I did. It is a great way to experience Sitka. Go for it!

We loved Sitka and seeing the town and historical park from e-bikes was the best. The shop was near the ship dock, easy to find and check-in and drop off were effortless. Bikes were in great condition and easy to manuever. Great experience, highly recommend!

The bike rental facility is staffed with very knowledgeable, kind, and information people. Great advice on things to see. There are bike paths for some of the routes that we took, but some of the way was on a road shoulder. No wildlife seen except for eagles, but a great adventure anyway. I think we biked over 15 miles that day.

The BEST way to tour Sitka! The bikes are fun & easy to ride. The staff were amazing! We were given a great safety talk & pointers about Sitka.

Megan and Alex provide excellent service. Bikes were is great condition and appreciated the tips on where to ride to avoid the crowds. Best bike rental location in town.

What a great way to see Sitka, if you are physically able, skip the shuttle and rent a bike. As a bonus you can head the other way first and do a beautiful bike in Mosquito Cove. The total length of the paved road is 14 miles so the bikes let you see all of the town, at your pace! Best day exploring and taking in the sites.

Fantastic bikes! Would highly recommend!Super easy to pick up at the dock and a great way to get around town. The only down side is a small tool needs to be included. One of our handle bars was loose and no way to tighten it.
