Esta atividade familiar é adequada para crianças a partir de 12 anos. O tour de snorkeling de Silfra é feito em um traje seco, ajudando você a ficar quente e seco dentro do traje enquanto nadando na água fria e cristalina. Silfra está localizado no Parque Nacional Thingvellir, que é Patrimônio da UNESCO. O belo parque é uma das maravilhas da famosa rota do círculo dourado.

Iremos buscá-lo em Reykjavík e levá-lo ao Parque Nacional Thingvellir. Durante a viagem de uma hora, seu guia fornecerá informações sobre a geologia única e a história cultural da Islândia e de Silfra, bem como sobre a área circundante do patrimônio mundial da UNESCO. Assim que seu grupo de no máximo 6 pessoas estiver formado, seu guia lhe dará sua roupa seca, roupa interior quente e equipamento de mergulho com snorkel. Seu guia explicará como usar este equipamento e como garantir que você estará aquecido durante o passeio. Você pode trocar de roupa em nossa van de troca aquecida e o guia irá ajudá-lo a colocar todo o equipamento. Recomendamos usar roupas íntimas compridas e meias grossas. O briefing e a preparação levam aproximadamente 1 hora. Você caminhará 5 minutos até Silfra e iniciará seu passeio de mergulho com snorkel de 30 a 45 minutos no Silfra Hall, na Catedral de Silfra e na Lagoa de Silfra. Depois de mergulhar na água fria, aquecemos você com chocolate quente e biscoitos. Esta é sua chance de conversar com seu guia.

Our guide Isabella was so fun and we could tell that she really knew what she was doing. The atmosphere was fun and lively, but since it does require some safety precautions it is not something I'd recommend for people with claustrophobia or those fearful of the ocean. We felt completely safe with our guide and it was exhilarating to have this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
We had a fantastic time. Pick up offered at a stop near hotel. Perfect. The experience was outstanding. Our guide/diver Anaiza was perfect. Explained everything. She was with us the entire time.

Our snorkel guide was Jenny, she was absolutely amazing and took care of every single need we had during this experience. She made sure our gear was on correctly and that our masks and snorkel were fitted properly! This was a big deal for me because nothing ever fits me right and she took the time to make me feel at ease with the whole process of dry suit and wetsuit! My daughter is a geologist/teacher and this has been on her bucket list for over 20 years! She and her husband and I had the best time and would highly recommend it! Thank you, thank you!
Great experience not to be missed. Changing facilities leave a lot to be desired (back of a van). Other than that would I recommend, in a heartbeat.
Wow... incredible experience. Once in a lifetime. You did not need any snorkeling experience or even know how to swim. You float very easily. They pick you up in a warm bus, drive you to the place, you get fitted for your dry suit and they help you put it on, then you waddle down to the water. Even with the dry suit, it was FREEZING so definitely wear WARM layers underneath and thick socks. My suit did not leak anywhere except around my head but not enough for it to be a problem. The water is incredibly clear and calm. No fish or anything but you can see forever. It is very cool. You have an area inside the bus to change out of your wet clothes if needed and bundle up and it is heated. They served hot chocolate afterwards and the pictures turned out SO cool. Loved the experience.
Wow! What an incredible experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful from pick up to drop off. We were given all the equipment needed and received excellent safety guidance prior to entering the water. Shout out to Quim, our snorkeling guide. One guy in our group of 6 was struggling/panicking a bit. Quim was so patient, reassuring and kind. He problem solved on the fly and gave us all an experience we’ll never forget. Quim also took some outstanding pictures that I’ve shared with anyone who will look!!
I had an excellent time with James the pick up from my hotel stop was easy and the instructions on site for snorkeling were clear and the instructors did a great job of securing my dry suit. It was an unforgettable memory.
A once in a lifetime experience would highly recommend it. Our driver James was amazing and so lovely. For the Snorkelling I was in Konrads group and he made me feel so comfortably especially since i’ve never been snorkelling before. The weather wasn’t the best but the guides were outstanding with making sure we were all safe and calm when going into the water and after. If you’re going to Iceland i’d most definitely book this,, the best experience!
This was one of the best things we did in Iceland. The pick-up was smooth, small group, no drama. Our guide was calm and reassuring and you felt very safe the whole time. Yes, it’s freezing. You know that going in. But once you’re floating there, it’s just surreal. The water clarity is unreal. It genuinely feels like you’re flying. Floating between tectonic plates is not something you do every day and it really did feel like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Expensive, yes. Worth it, absolutely.
