Passe por caminhos só acessíveis de jipe de forma a ter acesso às vistas mais exclusivas, únicas, maravilhosas e deslumbrantes da ilha de S.Miguel na companhia de um guia Local Certifcado. Partindo de Ponta Delgada, vamos em direção ao vulcão das Sete cidades, onde iremos ter diversas paragens, nomeadamente o Pico do carvão onde poderemos avistar o mar nas extremidades norte e sul da ilha. Em seguida, passaremos por um aqueduto datado do século XlX, podendo apreciar a sua magnífica construção. Em seguida, começamos a nossa aventura num caminho de terra batida circundando o topo da caldeira onde poderá estar a 856m de altitude. Aqui poderá apreciar a beleza da caldeira vulcânica das Sete Cidades e visitar a freguesia localizada entre os mesmos.

We had an amazing time exploring Sete Cidades. Our guide, João, was fantastic, super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the island. The 4x4 took us to breathtaking viewpoints we would have never seen on our own. Highly recommend!

Filipe was incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and has a genuine love for the Azures that shows. We were so lucky to get a guide that grew upon the island, is incredibly intelligent and knows every beautiful spot to stop and all the great places to eat. Not only did he provide a spectacular tour, but he dropped us at a great dinner spot and filled us with lots of wonderful memories of the day. Highly recommend!
We had a great day with Andre. The island is beautiful. The jeep was alot of fun, luckily Andre is a great driver. Our cruise was delayed getting into port, and Filipe was so nice and accommodating to pick us up at a different time. I highly recommend this company and tour.
We had a fabulous full day tour with Filipe with Azores by Locals. He is a lifetime native and really gave us an excellent experience. We took the jeep ride along the rim of the craters of Sete Cidades and the hydrangeas were outstanding. We ate lunch at one of the popular local restaurants with their famous octopus. Also toured the pineapple farm and had delicious pineapple treats. Filipe even took pictures of us during the tour with his personal camera and sent them to us after the tour.

It was out arrival day and still jet lagged we had the afternoon tour with Filipe. Punctual, knowledgeable and holy great driver around the crazy crater road! Made day 1 a great experience.
Felipe was so knowledgeable of his island. He was switched on to our interests and needs for the excursion. He related stories and anecdotes of his experiences as well as historical and geological facts of the area without going overboard. He read the changing weather and adjusted the itinerary accordingly. Driving the rim of the volcanic lake on the narrow track, we always felt safe. We had a great day thanks to him.
