The gentleman made it happen. Against the odds of time and traffic we made it to the ship with time to spare.
Our driver was very punctual, friendly, and helpful with our 18 suitcases. This was a large family trip from hotel to cruise port. Worked out perfectly. Will definitely book again on future trips.

Although there is a place in Viator to tell the transportation company where to pick you up, that does not feed into the transfer companies voucher or information. It was easy to text and email with them but I think Viator should fix their feed. Driver was on time, polite and professional and I would use their service again.
I booked the Miami airport shuttle hoping for punctuality and efficiency, but unfortunately I had a very negative experience. The driver arrived 50 minutes late, which created stress and uncertainty, especially considering that it was an airport transfer. In addition, the vehicle was overloaded with other customers’ bags, which made the trip uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that unforeseen events may arise, but in this case, there was no proper communication from the service or apology for the delay. For those planning to use this service, I suggest considering other options if punctuality and organization are a priority. I hope the company will take these criticisms into account to improve its service in the future.
