We had an absolutely fantastic time on our private tour of Miami with Captain Fernando! From start to finish, he was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everyone in our group felt comfortable and engaged. His knowledge of the Miami area was impressive—he shared fun facts and stories about that city that everyone found fascinating. The highlight for us was cruising past celebrity houses, which he pointed out with interesting tidbits about the construction and neighborhood. What truly set Captain Fernando apart was how wonderful he was with our two young children. He patiently answered all their questions and made sure they were included and safe throughout the tour. His friendly, warm nature made the whole outing feel personalized and relaxed. If you want a memorable, fun, and informative tour of Miami with a captain who genuinely cares about his guests, Captain Fernando is the one to choose! Captain Eduardo made our Sunday celebration absolutely wonderful! He was professional, polite, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. We had elderly family members with us, and I especially appreciated how mindful he was of their comfort and safety throughout the entire trip. The boat itself was very comfortable, and the tour was fantastic—relaxing, beautiful, and such a great way to spend the day. Eduardo was always aware of what everyone needed without us even having to ask, so we could just sit back, enjoy the ride, and take everything in. It was exactly the kind of experience we were hoping for and made our celebration that much more special. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to do it again!

We booked a private tour as an alternative to the group tour hoping that the tour would be more detailed. The private boat was perfectly clean and comfortable and the captain was nice and polite. However, I think the tour provided less information about the sites then if we had taken the public tour. The boat basically followed the public boat to the same sites but the captain provided very little commentary. If you are looking for a tour then I would choose the public option that is offered at a much lower cost. If you are looking to party with your friends on a boat while riding around the bay then this would be better suited for you. Additionally, we booked the trip and did not notice the fine print that states the charge ONLY covers the boat. Not the captain, not the fuel, not the tip. The actual cost was therefore $120 higher than the original charge. Buyer beware.

The experience is designed for guests who value privacy, comfort, flexibility, and having the boat exclusively to themselves. For guests whose main priority is extensive commentary at every site, a public sightseeing tour at a lower price may be a better fit. Regarding the additional cost, the captain and fuel fees are clearly disclosed in the listing prior to booking. We understand that this information was unfortunately overlooked. Had you contacted us after booking with any concerns about those fees, we would have gladly explained the charter structure and your available options, including cancellation and a full refund within the applicable cancellation period. We stand behind the experience we provide and the more than 1,300 five-star reviews our guests have shared. We completely understand that a private charter isn’t for everyone, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the experience for future guests.
