Experienced friendly drivers. Definitely worth it to keep from driving in the traffic. We had a good experience
Transportation was on time, clean, and private. We appreciated the agency giving us clear instructions on driver and vehicle information as well as pickup location at the port (which can be hectic). What held it back from being 5 star was the ask for additional money a day before our scheduled pickup. The TripAdvisor page didn't specify a service area. When I booked the service, more than two weeks in advance, I indicated we wished to go from Port of Miami to FLL airport. The day before pickup I was contacted and told that FLL was outside their service area and they wanted $60 additional to transport us there. I turned them down, explaining that this wasn't indicated when I booked, but then they agreed to transport my husband and I for the originally agreed upon price. This added significant stress to the end of my vacation and I can't imagine what a customer would have done if they didn't have internet during their cruise vacation and only received the demand for more money once they arrived at port.

In this case, the service booked corresponded to the Miami area, while Fort Lauderdale is a different service zone with separate pricing. When situations like this occur, we always provide clear options: customers may either cancel and book the correct service or proceed by paying the difference, ensuring full transparency before the service takes place. In this case, the requested destination did not match the service originally booked, and this was communicated in advance. As a courtesy, we made an exception and honored the original price to avoid any inconvenience and ensure your plans were not affected. We regret that this was perceived negatively, as our goal is always to provide clear communication, fairness, and a smooth experience. We always do our best to accommodate our customers whenever possible. 🚐
Our family went on a cruise April 5-12th and our shuttle service both ways was great. We arrived earlier than expected & they had a driver there within 10 minutes. Thank you for making this leg of our trip great!
Absolutely excellent service and great communication. We used their shuttle service from Port of Miami to the Airport. They exchanged communications with us a few times prior to the transport day and were even able to adjust pick up time from the original schedule to help us out. Very professional personnel and clean vehicle. Highly recommend!!
Had great shuttle service to and from the port of Miami to our hotel. Great communication! Even though we got tied up on disembarkation they stayed in touch and were ahead of schedule! Would highly recommend. Vehicle was clean, comfortable and perfect size for our family of 5 and 10 pieces of luggage. Driver also did a great job! Thank you!
They were prompt and very pleasant. Would use them again for our large family transportations in Miami. Our vehicle was on site 30 min prior to schedule.
Pick up was great other than it was hard to understand the driver. Also, he did not have the correct address and then when I gave it to him, he did not put it in correctly.
Our driver was great. He had excellent communication with me up to and through drop off. He was very patient as one of our members that stuck in custom line. Vehicle accommodate 14 + luggage. It was clean and fit all of us comfortable.
The service was excellent. Very punctual and accommodating. They were also very accessible. I would recommend them 100%. A great experience for the whole family. The bus, in excellent condition. The driver, very attentive, accommodating and respectful. We'd definitely rehire your services.
The tour operator is easy to contact if you make a phone call. I would suggest not using the chat feature. Our chat went unanswered but instead I made a phone call once I found the number. They were easy to deal with and sent a driver early because we debarked almost an hour earlier than anticipated. We would definitely use them again
