While we booked a “shared” transfer and were expecting a van to share with other cruise passengers, my husband and I had the luxury vehicle all to ourselves. Khrystena arrived 15 minutes early for our pickup time and contacted us by WhatsApp to let us know of her arrival. She held a sign to notify us that she was our driver, and she loaded our overpacked luggage into the car for us. The car was immaculately clean and the drive to FCO was quick and efficient. We will definitely use the service again!
Our booking experience was simple and was confirmed the day before our pickup. Our driver Oleg was very friendly and courteous and managed to round up other members of our shared shuttle in a very crowded cruise port. His driving was excellent and the van was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely use this service again.
The driver waited for us. It was the first week of EES at the port. The lines were crazy long. We were so happy the driver was looking for us as we excited the port. We will using then again in December. Reliable
Excellent communication prior. Driver was smart, polite and prompt. Went from our Rome hotel to the port. There were 3 x couples plus driver in the shared transport and it was very well maintained and comfortable. Nb. Allow extra time, fortunately we did, as took 2hrs from hotel to port with traffic. Once out of Rome itself was fine, but traffic getting out was bad. Driver used his cut through which helped. Very pleased and would recommend.

Although the pickup time was confirmed the day before it was changed 45 minutes later the night before. This caused a disruption. We also encountered an overloaded van and uncomfortable seating conditions on an hour plus trip with no compensation for being overloaded and uncomfortable seating conditions. We would not recommend.

I booked this the day before we needed it after a different transfer company abruptly cancelled. I was delighted that Shared Shuttle was easily able to accomodate our departure from our Viking cruise ship and get us to the Rome Termini train station. Our driver met us at the gate from our quay and held up a sign so we could find himWe joined one other couple on their way to a Rome hotel near the train station. We had a lovely ride and enjoyed a chat with the other couple. Our driver was excellent. We felt very safe, even in crazy Rome traffic. If I ever need a transfer like this again, I will definitely book with Share Shuttle. It was easy to use, affordable, and offered excellent service. Highly recommended!

Driver was on time and vehicle was nice BUT the trip was very uncomfortable. We ended up having to sit in front with driver and hold our bags. The driver sighed the whole time and was checking his phone on his lap many times while driving on the highway. Didn’t feel safe. Also froze as the air was blowing right on us. There was not enough room for the luggage so people in second and third rows had to hold more of our luggage to make room. Not a pleasant ride to the port for us.
