Great service and vehicle - a good value!

The pick-up was excellent with a clear name sign at the crowded exit from baggage claim. Our driver put us in a very convenient place with our luggage so nobody had to carry it far and he was quite helpful from the first greeting. The transfer was impeccable. The vehicle appropriate to our heavy luggage for a 60-day trip and very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely book this again over an Uber on the fly.

All through perfect

Fantastic chauffeur Gazan Herath that our travel company C&C Travel had hired for us. Gayan has, besides being the perfect driver, also been the perfect guide, who has explained us a lot about SriLanka as well as given us a good knowledge and insight into the country’s culture. The service has been very top, far beyond what we had expected. We have been greeted every day with a smile and desire to give us another wonderful day with a new experience - wonderful and thank you for without Gayan the experience would not have been the same. Prompt and professional

This made getting into Copenhagen so simple. We exited baggage claim and there was our driver with a sign showing our name. He was helpful and friendly bringing the car around so that we didn't have to walk in the rain.

Great experience!

Driver was at our hotel ahead of schedule. He was smiling and friendly and very helpful with all (two adults and two children) our luggage. He answered all our questions and got us to the airport right on schedule. Highly recommend!!!!

Terrible

Continued review. I called the company who was supposed to pick us up and they said the pick up time was 1300, our plane landed early and you literature said the company would monitor that. Secondly I reserved 2 Vans I got one van and a sedan, seems like I should be due a partial refund, I believe the sedan costs less than the van.

I have other booking which we assigned and left early to pick you. we anyhow managed minivan and sedan to fulfil your service. we were already assigned two minivan at 13:00 .As per our call you were fine but now you are giving us this review which is just hampering our business and the current rating will effect our bread and butter. If you are so kind then you delete this review and as a sign of good faith I can refund for one minivan. Thanks for understating.

Not acceptable

My experience was very disappointing. I have successfully dealt with Viator in Miami, Istanbul and Athens. I had 2 bookings (1118823423 & 1118823425) for pickup with 2 vans at Copenhagen airport. I gave my flight information and expected to be picked up when we landed. When we landed no one was there. Review continued under second booking number

On time and no hassle

The driver was on time, already waiting us in airport to pick us up & dropped off to CPH port. No problem at all. The driver looked professional and encourage use Limo Fahr.

Very Average Service

Service was late and my customer was transferred in a taxi rather than the private car transfers that was booked. The phone number on the voucher did not answer after multiple attempts.

terrible Service that was running 45 minutes late.

The transfer was late. The driver mixed up the times. The transfer was a taxi and not the private car transfer that I had booked. I attempted to contact the company to find out where the transfer was and the phone number rang out on multiple occasions. I will not be booking transfers gain with Viator.
