Our driver Soma took us to Snoqualmie Falls and guided us on a 1.4 mile hike down the Falls and back up. Soma was very sweet and friendly to talk to for the long day. She was on time for the pick up, gave us snacks throughout the day as well as after leaving Leavenworth. Arturo was small just a group of five so we took a minivan which was very comfortable for legroom. The two hours to Leavenworth in two hours back to Seattle were very scenic in the nature around the car made the drive, not have a dull moment.

The trip was very poorly managed especially the van. It was very uncomfortable and the seating was very crowded. The van was poorly maintained and 4 of us had to sit at the back with space for 3 to sit comfortably. to add to it the only view we could get at the back was of the seat in front. Also, the driver/guide did not add value to the trip, it was almost like hiring an uber cab. Also, it's very over priced for the service provided, not value for money at all..
Thank you for your feedback. We have investigated this with your guide. Seating: There were only 10 guests on a 15-seat van. Your group was offered the front row but chose the back. With two kids on the 4-person bench, one on a 2-person seat, and one on a single seat, this was actually the most spacious arrangement available. Guide service: The guide provided commentary on the 5–6 hour drive, stopped 30 minutes at each Snoqualmie Falls park, gave 3 hours in Leavenworth with maps and restaurant recommendations, and added an extra restroom stop. Weather: Wildfire smoke caused poor air quality that day (AQI 200). The guide recommended staying indoors for health reasons, which may have affected your experience. We apologize the trip fell short of your expectations and hope to serve you better in the future.

Soma was a fantastic tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Snoqualmie Falls was beautiful and breathtaking. We truly enjoyed Leavenworth. It makes you feel like you are in a Bavarian town. Highly recommend this tour.

The scenery & town are beautiful, & the guide was kind, friendly, & helpful. The ride to the falls & then to Leavenworth was gorgeous!

Both the Falls and Leavenworth are worth the trip. I recommend going to both. Our group was small and our driver made sure we were comfortable

I loved this small group tour. Our Guide Soma was extremely friendly, provided us snacks, and took care of my Mum who needed help at times. We were so fortunate to have her and this was a easy fun day!
