Our comprehensive island tour concluded with an early dinner at Forty One 41 restaurant, situated on Perissa's black sand beach. The highlights of our visit included Oia, famous for its picturesque whitewashed houses nestled into the rugged clifftops, breathtaking caldera views, blue-domed churches, and narrow cobbled streets accessible only by foot or donkey, as well as the Byzantine Castle Ruins (Castle of St. Nicholas), Profitis Ilias Monastery, the island's highest point, the Akrotiri Archaeological Site, a remarkably preserved 3,000-year-old Minoan city, and the Akrotiri Lighthouse. Angelo was an awesome guide!
