Remy, our driver, was extraordinary- organised, kind, patient and funny. We had his support during our entire stay. The One and Only hotels are truly exceptional. And our ‘butler’ Friday from Nkuringo was another highlight for us. He anticipated our needs and was warm and authentic.
We feel so lucky to have had Patrick as our guide during our time in Uganda. From the very first moment, he went out of his way to make our journey not only smooth and enjoyable, but absolutely unforgettable. Patrick has that rare gift of being both extremely professional and wonderfully warm. He was always on time, organized, and knowledgeable, yet never once did he make us feel rushed or pressured. He struck the perfect balance—chatty and full of great stories, but never intrusive, always knowing when to give us space to simply soak in the experience.
